Perfect. My violet is thriving

Mine came with a pale green inner piece… oddly not all white. Quality control problem. However that will not affect its purpose. Wish it came in all white as presented, but not willing to fuss over that.

The media could not be loaded. Repotting my overgrown African violet and wanted something with a clean white aesthetic. Could easily be spray painted if wanting more color, High quality, dolamite for water absorption, large water reservoir. Affordable.

The first pot I received had a defect that made it unable to fit together smoothly, causing an awkward rocking effect. I included a photo (3rd, in front of a dark window) of the gap I couldn't get rid of. I contacted the seller who explained this problem never happened before, and that I should get a replacement, though they also offered a refund. When my replacement came, I was able to smoothly move my entire plant pot over to the new water pot, and it fit seamlessly! Did not even have to move the plant, which I was glad for since that would have been messy for them too. Now that I have the new pot, the system is so smooth and easy to pick up, and the shape is so pleasing. Please note that the bottom has foam legs, and they were misaligned out of the box — but it was a very easy fix, just unstick and reposition. I did it with a wet pot and it still stuck. All in all a beautiful and practical vessel for your prized babies!

Firstly, these pots look to be more expensive than they were. They are perfect for violets. The white color is not too white. Kind of creamy which is perfect for me. Love them !

Note: This is the third pot I have purchased. The prior two pots have not had any issues.The inner ceramic portion of this particular pot is flawed. (Either misfired or damaged during packaging/shipping.) After using the pot for 3 weeks, there are visible microcracks throughout the entire piece of porcelain that could not be detected when the pot was dry. Minerals from the violet food coat the glossy lip of the inner portion of the pot as the water evaporates. I wish I could get a new insert for the pot.
