LOVE MY REFURBISHED LAPTOP
I had to wait about a week to receive my refurbished laptop. Read all the reviews and got a little concerned about what condition it would be in when received. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in tip-top condition and ready for me to download apps I had on my old computer and immediately get to work. I am so happy to find a great laptop at such an affordable price that works great so far. This was my first time ordering a refurbished product, and I am quite satisfied, especially since I saved a lot of money!

Es la 2da que compro, funciona muy bien, pasa casi por nueva. Solo me dio problemas el Windows 11, tiene un parche de seguridad que impide modificarle muchas cosas, como poner el idioma espaƱol por ejemplo.

Charging system may malfunction
Very sleek, clean and light laptop. Has all the bells and whistles. Plugged in charger and it broke. Could not hold a charge, the pins inside charging port are fragile andist be careful when plugging charger into the port. Had to return.

About 2 months ago, I purchased this laptop and so far everything seems great. It's everything I could of excepted.

Poor Quality Refurb Laptop Full of Viruses
I ordered an elitebook 840 G6 refurbished. When I first started it, I noticed there were several dead pixels and the fan is noisy suggesting a worn out bearing. I also got an error from Windows which indicated it was not a fresh install. Once I signed in, I received hundreds of warnings from Windows defender about viruses. Shockingly bad quality! Black Friday sales are past now, so I really would prefer a replacement if it can be provided with good quality. I will see how the seller responds.

Support and Setup
We bought this laptop as a gift for our 12yr old son and he did not follow the set up instructions provided by United PC Tek. We called their customer support, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tony and he kindly guided me through the issues. For a tech challenged mom, this made a world of difference.

Sticky keyboard
The processor is plenty fast and reliable. The screen is sharp enough for every day use. The keyboard is sticky and some keys do not always register.
