I bought these to use as a front brake return spring on my older Yamaha DT100 motorcycle. I was able to spin one of them onto the cable. The spring has the perfect tension to return the handle to its home position and keep it there.

I bought these for a DIY project at home, but they are way too strong to be used for it. Unfortunately, the seller fails to provide the max load capacity of the spring and compressed height. I was able to at least ascertain that the CH was 1/2" (12.7mm). Judging by the force I put on the spring, using my bench vise, it easily has a max load of 25 to 30 pounds.

Bought this product not fully reading the description and when I got it, I realized how much compressive strength it had. It is definitely a strong spring and the dimensions are just as described, I have no complaints

I replaced an old spring on the bottom of the highchair table and it worked!

Lost the spring of the bypass shears recently pruning Henry's Jungle. The spring had developed a kink in the middle, which made it prone to falling out. Lost it this time.Rather than buy new shears, let's try to fix these. First spring purchase was a 2 inch uncompressed length but the diameter was too small.These springs fit perfectly. The length feels appropriate. Got more springs too. Ready for the Jungle!

Needed a weaker strength. It is stronger than a ball point pen spring, but not too much.

It is a spring ordered the size was deceptive so I go the wrong size, but I can't fault the spring.
