Sturdy, Cheerful Colors, Easy to Assemble
Very easy assembly... just pop the wheels in and snap the seat on. Seat is a little small (cozy); so for larger babies... so this probably won't last them very long (as far as being able to use it). Seems pretty sturdy though. Pretty colors. Rolled nicely on hard surface floors, didn't roll easily on carpet. Adjusts easy. Worth $40 for sure but again, if you are trying to fit a larger/heavier baby in there, they may not fit or fit for very long.

Great quality for the price
I have bought two of these - one for my parents house and one for my in laws house. It is one of the cheapest walkers if not the cheapest in terms of price but excellent quality. I also have the joovy spoon for my house which is quite a bit more expensive but they all do the trick. The spoon is nicer because it has a very large trey however this is nicer because it has little fidget toys for baby to play with.
