They mentioned an “investigation” was underway, yet no delivery associate was ever assigned to collect the faulty item. Now, with the return window closed, there’s no recourse, and I’m left with a ruined product. Both Inalsa and Amazon have shown complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of Inalsa products on Amazon.

Day 1: Received a defective product. Machine is not turning on. Trying to get replacement or refund. Very poor response from Amazon this time. They are neither taking any responsibility nor assisting in replacement or refund. They delivered a defective product and are asking to contact Inalsa for replacement or refund.Day-5: No support was provided from Amazon. Good response from inalsa. Troubleshooting was done by Inalsa and now machine is working fine.

It is good product, works well, only ata kneader and chopper should be with one connector, everytime we have to place multiple connectors do the task which unnecessary increase cleaning time, one more issue with greater it is not having small holes so it gives thick greates not fine. Otherwise it kneads ata well and chopper is amazing gives very fine cuttings, Saves lot of place and time, since everything at one place, really it is all in one product. Locking gives more safety. Jar quality is also good. But I suggest if really need then only go for it.
