I only bake with aluminum so waited to actually use them before I left a review. They are true aluminum through and through....washed them and then buttered them so nothing sticks and then baked. Perfect all around. Came out flawless and washed with soap and water and not one mark left on them. For those that don't know please do NOT put aluminum pans in the dishwasher otherwise they're done for good! Excellent product! Bought a few more!

This is what you need to make authentic stove top kunefe! Negative reviews are from people who lack basic knowledge about use and characteristics of aluminum cookware:1. Aluminum CANNOT be washed in the dishwasher EVER! If you do, damage is irreversible; must trash the pan2. Aluminum is NOT NONSTICK and not coated with toxic garbage (you must grease the pan plenty).Before you use them for the first time, after you wash them with warm water and soap, take a paper towel dipped in oil/fat and rub all around. There will be black residue. Make sure to remove it all before you cook in the panThe seller could/should have done a much better job educating people on what to expect from aluminum pans and how to prep it for use.

If you like to eat kunefe then what are you waiting for buying these plates? I use them for making kunefe, I ordered twice because you need to use 2 plates when you are making 1 kunefe. If you plan to make more than 2 at the same time then you need at least 4 plates…. Really recommended 👍🏻

I bought this for the kunefe recipe i tried. Perfect size for it because I'm still learning to adjust the proper cooking time so i don't burn them.

It was a perfect size and easy to clean, I like the fact that it was light weight and not heavyIt was a perfect size for one person

The media could not be loaded. I bought these plates back in March, 2024. I used them at least once a month on the gas grill. I follow a certain recipe and it doesn’t take a lot of time. I use Mozzarella cheese and a Greek brand phyllo and whole food coloring(organic no chemicals). That’s how I get the vibrant orange/red color.Please DO NOT DISH Wisher those plates OR use baking soda to clean it off. Soak it in water with soap overnight.

The material is not goodEverything stuck to the pan..I threw 4 in the trash.
