I really like the extra energy I have taking this vitamin!

I love that this multivitamin is in a soft capsule. The soft capsule is easier swallow and easier on the digestive system. I take my two capsules at night with dinner instead of in the morning as instructed. It’s just my preference.

I bought these pills because my doctor recommended I start taking a women’s multivitamin with B complex. They are giant pills, but easy to take with lots of water. For me, I’ve only been taking them for a few weeks, but I haven’t felt or seen a change in my moods nor in my energy levels, in fact, they make me feel lousy. I feel tired all the time and they give me a terrible upset stomach. I’ve tried taking them at different times of the day, with or without food, nothing helps. I bought two bottles of them, so I’m going to stick it out and probably try a different brand when these are gone.

It works well for me.
