Really like that it's light. The cable can tangle and have a knot but easy to fix. I'm new to using any lead so no comparison but it is quite silentish and does not drag pet back if accidentally unlock for withdrawal.I gave only 4 stars for everything on detail purely because I have no experience to do comparison.Addition: after using it for months I have to admit that majority of the time I'm struggling with the locking mechanism. It either stuck or when I think it is set it unlocks. Let me put it this way: I will not replace it unless it breaks but I will not buy it again.The tape style string can burn your hand if your pet shoots out and you were holding it - but I don't think it is a fault just mentioning in case you are tempted. I still do but now I know if that happens then I just let it go. 😜

Good value for money. Works well.

The lead is of good quality and works well, better thank the rope ones.The only problem I find is, being a man, the finger grip is a tad to small, I can only just get the handle up to my knuckles, which is fine except when winter comes and I need to wear gloves, i won't be able to get my hands in.

Great product value for money bought more than one

Ive only had ths item for 6 months and its snapped away from the mechanism - lucky i was near my house when this happened as i had to take my dog home holding his colar as the lead snapped from the unit. very dissatisfied

Very good extension lead, got this tape lead to replace an old tape/string lead, glad I did, better control with no rope “burns”. Well made and sturdy, retracts easily and with no tangles as yet

I would not recommend this lead! it lasted all of 9 days before snapping mid walk. my pup was lucky that she wasn't near a busy road!!! There was absolutely no sign of fraying absolutely none prior to setting off on our walk. such a disappointment. what concerns me the most is this company clearly does not care. I wish I'd read the reviews. no reply from the company. Does that mean they know the leads are prone to snap yet are still willingly selling them. I would avoid this company at all cost well for your dogs life. I was lucky but someone else won't be. it could be your dog! Avoid Avoid Avoid

The media could not be loaded. This product was used only during evening or morning walks, my kids had taken it will many expectations from product as described in product detail ,but it was waste of money

When I first got this I was very pleased with the weight and sturdiness of it. The lock and retraction was very smooth. I did a lot of research before I decided on this one. I have a 60 lbs golden retriever and I wanted something that will hold her. Within the first week of use however the leash separated from inside the handle during our walk. The leash did not rip, however it was attached on the inside got separated. I am hoping to get a replacement and hope they are not all the same.This is an addition to my original review. I contacted the supplier & received a replacement within 4 days. Giving a 5 star just for the great customer service.
