Max Factor Miracle Prep Pore Minimising and Mattifying Primer, 30ml

After trying for years, and failing, at huge expense to find something to control oily skin and pores on my nose I think I have finally found it! Even after a sweltering day gardening one quick blot and it was back to as if I had just applied my make up. No greasy silicone feel or moisture sucking feel like some much more expensive potions. This is different and it works for me. It's not expensive and also has sun screen. Hope it works for you, it's definitely worth a try.

I've never bothered with primer before putting on my foundation, but now I'm in my 40's I've noticed makeup doesn't have the same longevity as it used to. I needed a product which would tackle oily patches on my nose and chin and prevent foundation from absorbing throughout the day.This product works perfectly providing a light, but smooth base for foundation (usually mineral). I've found it really helps hold my makeup in place and prevents both oily breakouts and aids absorbtion. I can wear my makeup a good 5-6 hours before even needing to think about blotting. My makeup stays put all day (usually by evening it's patchy). The only downside is the small bottle and price however, a little product does go a long way and although quite runny it's glides onto my skin and dries quickly. Also the design of the pump means every single ounce of product is used (see my picture taken after the product ran out and I removed the outer packaging). Highly recommend, especially for mature skin.

Absolutely love this product. I am in my 30s and been struggling with oily skin since my teens. Been trying dozens of different products and nothing has helped. Finally tried out the Max Factor Miracle Prep Pore Minimising and Mattifying Primer and absolutely love it.It has a light, airy texture, I put it on my T-zone daily and don't notice any oily pile-up all day (used to have a a literal oil pool on my forehead). The amount I need to apply is minimal - the bottle last me 5 months, using daily. Such a value for price and the main thing - it actually works!Just ordered my second bottle, no stopping now!

Best primer I've found yet covers all my pores around my checks and nose, make my foundation stay too instead of sweating off in patches at work

Having never used a primer before abd with little research put into the idea, I bought this product, and I have been very impressed. It is sheer and easy to apply, and seems to absorb into the skin nicely. Smells nice enough and my makeup is so smooth when I put it on. Also seems to work well for priming my eyelids. I think i'll be sticking with this product.
