Fantastic product
I bought this to replace a cheap windshield phone mount, as I needed to charge my old iPhone 8 whilst using the lightning port for AUX. It's fantastic! The suction mount hasn't once come off my windshield, and it was quick and easy to adjust to get the perfect angle. It's very sturdy, and only vibrates when you're on rough ground - it perfectly retains the position you set for it. The motor works automatically every time, and holds the phone in securely; even after upgrading to a bigger, heavier iPhone 13 Pro. The charging is super quick, especially if you have a newer phone - I almost never need to charge my phone at home as it gets charged enough in the car. Great product!

Easy install - fast charge works well
Loads of fitting options - I chose window mount. Lots of suction power and phone is stable in the mount. Strong clamping power with the automatic arms. Easy to get phone on and out of with adjustable height. Works well with Samsung S20 and Pixel 7 pro. I bought a 3m usb cable separately and routers out of sight to the included 12 adapter. It's only been in use for a week so far but it's used several times a day. Seems good quality and for the price I'm very happy 👍

Good but could be better...
I have only had this product less than a week so the review is based on that.I originally bought this when it advertised a 1.5 m cable. It came with a 1 m one. I reported this back to the seller, and we agreed that they would refund £3.99 to allow me to purchase a longer USB C cable. They also asked about the use case for a longer cable. They also updated this product page to state it's a 1 m cable. So for the seller, 5 stars. Can't fault them. They did everything they said they would do, were helpful, friendly and would easily buy from them again. The product itself is good. It charges through the case I have on my phone. Why I said it could be better is:* When you turn the power off the charger stays grabbing your phone. Now I know it says this in the product description (so no points off for that) but it's a flaw in my opinion. When the power is cut the charger should open releasing the phone. This obviously requires a huge redesign (battery for a start to allow it to do that) but I think this would really enhance this product. At the moment I have to restore power again and it opens. Alternatively you can pull your phone out of the grips as it's not gripped too tightly (tight enough mind) but that is putting strain on the arms etc.* The arm that attaches the charger to the windscreen (in my case) is unforgiving. I'm used to goose necks where I can position it better. Again it's obvious from the product that it's not a goose neck so no points off for that, just something to bear in mind. It can be awkward getting in to secure the arm (turn screw). The suction 'clip' in the base of the windscreen cup is incredibly difficult to get to when the arm is level (it's simply very small - should be longer). So I had to loosen the turn screw, get the arm out of the way, wiggle the cup around and press it that way. Awkward. Half a point off.* The cable that comes with it is far too short. I live in the UK. We drive on the right-hand side. So any cable has to run from the right-hand side of the car (my charger is to the right of the steering wheel) to the centre console where the power is. The cable is barely long enough. I like to root it around the steering wheel so it's semi-hidden and it's not long enough to do that so it just stretches across. Now I have a longer cable (as I said above) but that didn't come with this. So half a point off for that. But what is good about it:* The button to open and close the arms is cool (I'm a geek :))* The pad to stick to the windscreen is suction AND sticky. I have no doubt it's going nowhere. That gives me confidence.* The arm is extendable using a little turn screw just behind the phone holder part. So you can get it really long.* Charges through the phone case I have.Hopefully that helps somebody.

Feels good and functionally elegant.
I chose this over slightly cheaper models as it included the Qi charger and looked a bit more robust than some of the others.Although the air vent mounting clip looked a bit narrow, it secured the phone (iPhone 12) without any bouncing around when on the move. I didn't score the suction cup because I haven't used it.In use, I drop the phone into the cradle, start the ignition and the phone is gently clamped. A very obvious 'charging' icon fills the screen for a second, showing the current battery level. To release it just use one of the touch points eithe side of the bracket. These work very well and the mechanism is smooth. If you turn off the ignition first, there is still enough juice to release the phone.I bought this instead of a Magsafe device as anyone can use the charger if they have a wireless charging handset (or USB-C) and I didn't have to buy a Magsafe case to replace my existing silicon sleeve that the Wefunix charges through without problem. It's been a long while since I've felt immediately comfortable with a device from an unknown manufacturer. I'll update if that changes but I feel confident about this one.

Good except overheats and easy to accidentally release phone
Generally works well. Can stick to screen or reasonably firmy attach to (some) air vents.Negatives:Charging is of course slower than wired. When attached to windscreen in warmer weather (say above 15degrees c) my phone soon begins to overheat and turns itself into "night mode" so I have to unplug it. The charger needs an overheat cut out.It is very easy to accidentally brush the little touch sensitive release button and the phone then falls out. Quite dangerous if you're driving.I like to use window mount, so I've given this to my wife who likes airvent mount. Now I need to find a different one for myself that dones't overheat on the windscreen...

So far so good
The charger seems to work well, although I have had it disconnect from charging a couple of times, but I am using a case on my phone. The unit clamps the phone well and it holds enough power to open and close the clamps a few times after the car it turned off.The suction part is very strong and very sturdy with very little vibration when driving.I've not used the auxiliary port adapter as I have a samsung ultra fast one in my car already.

Not happy
It was working fine for maybe a month. And then it started:Fast charger was dropping to slow charging after few minutes, but in really it charged up to 10% in 1h! I have tired 3x phone without case.Clamp kept opening by itself of course while driving and phone fell out every single time!Positive:Unit is very sturdy and suction cap works well.
