... years to power my key machine (and other things like anyone grinders) with no problems at all
I'm a locksmith and have used this invert for 3 years to power my key machine (and other things like anyone grinders) with no problems at all. It won't run the 15 amp 7" grinder to well, this is because the actual peak draw is higher than that. As for it being a pure sine wave idk, but my key machine ($7k) and for pure sine wave and this machine has worked perfectly... I am not an electrician and don't have enough grasp on the dynamics of electricity to secure whether or not it is our is not a "true" pure sine be inverter, but I can say with certainty that it seems my machine well, and this machine only calls for a pure sine wave due to the tolerance (.001") needed to accurately make different keys. So that's it, if it isn't a true stone wave or real, pure sine wave inverter, it will work just fine for anything that calls for one and that is what matters to me. For the record I have friends that have burned out their $7k key machine, the same one I have, using modified sine wave inverters... Those are the facts, you be the judge, I hope it helps!

Works for a plug in situation not for a distibution panel
The inverter is as advertised with good instructions. Plan your installation carefully and be aware this will not run an installed A/C system, it will only provide a set of two GFI outlets that can operate standalone equipment. I have only had the system in place for a couple weeks and have not had any issues but have not used it much. I will update if there is more to add as I use the inverter.

Product defective, smooth transaction
The inverter was defective and would not carry half it’s rated load. Had a no hassle return to vendor. Would work again with vendor.

Great inverter!
I just finished the installation on this inverter in my RV. The installation instructions were straight forward and it took me a couple of hours to complete the install. It fired right up with no issue at all. I'm driving it with a 285 amp hour battery bank and I tested it by running the microwave, television, satellite receiver and other items with no issues. I'm really glad I can use it during quiet times while camping so I don't have to run my generator. Make sure you mount it on a non-flammable surface due to heat that can be generated. I mounted it on cement board which was installed over plywood. Nice job Kisae!According to the manual that came with the unit, you'll need a 300 amp fuse or breaker. It needs to be wired with 2/0 AWG wire that does not exceed 5 feet. If you have a longer run, you'll need larger wire. You'll also need to install a cut off switch and a ground wire (also 2/0 AWG) between the battery ground and the inverter case ground.

Great Inverter
People want to use inferior cable leads to hook this power inverter up, then Bitch about it. How about you use your head and read what size wire you are supposed to use for this. I went a little more than what was recommended and used the TEMCo 1/0 Gauge AWG Welding Lead & Car Battery Cable Copper Wire for the battery to inverter leads. Guess what, no problems with the inverter, go figure HUH!???? If you want to be cheap about it, go to Harbor Freight and buy one. Good luck, over and out.

Updated Review: Went from five stars to one star
SEE UPDATE BELOW!!!I bought this unit two years ago. I only use it for temporary power outages at home...which we get all the time... :-( But so far it's done everything I ask. I hook it up to a 75 amp hour DieHard Advanced Gold AGM battery, and it can handle basically the same load as one 15 amp home circuit. So anything you can plug into one home circuit, it will handle. I had a larger modified sine wave inverter but many things did not like it at all. Between this one and a smaller pure sine wave inverter, I can maintain some sense of civilization when the power company lets me down.UPDATE!!!Power went out yesterday afternoon and didn't come back on until after 5 am this morning. After two projected restoration times came and went with still not power, I decided it was time to plug in the freezers to backup power. When I turned the inverter on, the status light was green, and it indicated ample voltage but there was no output. There was a tiny flashing red light next to the outlet and there is nothing in the manual that says anything about that. I tried the GFCI reset...many times...to no avail.Fortunately I had a backup modified sine wave inverter which ran all three freezers or all my food would have thawed and I would be in a huge friggin' mess.

Bonne qualité
Pour notre motorisé contente d'avoir trouvé le même modèle que nous avions déjà donc pas obligé de tout changer les controle à l'intérieur. Maintenant nous sommes complètement autonomes 😁

Easy installation.
Easy to install. Would have been nice to have a remote switch and a ground cable included. Otherwise no complaints. Great customer service from tech support.

Great product, solid construction
Unit is nicely finished and works very well.Unit still needs additional 12V input fuse and switch, which would be great to have it already incorporated in the unit.Would buy another one if needed.
