Last year in December I became the manager and since then I was always thinking whether I possess the quality of a manager or not. Fortunately, this book found me and I can tell you from my personal experience that this book will help you a lot to manage your work as well as life. Don't read in one go. Try to grasp the concept. Highly recommended for everybody who is looking forward to becoming a good manager.
