Battery at 50% capacity wont take full charge / Supplier made right
The battery did connect to my msi gt72 2qe. But only took a 48% charge. I recalibrated the battery using msi software, drained it completely and recharged, and still no correction. Then I download battery info freeware and it confirmed battery health and capacity was around 50%.UPDATEThis supplier returned my original and replaced it for free and the battery tested at 106% health at a capacity rated well over 7500mah. This service has changed my rating of this product. You can trust that if this vendor sends you a bad battery, that they will stand behind their product and sell it for a great price as well.

Short Return Policy + COVID = Out $60 For a Battery DELIVERED BAD!
Finally got the new battery professionally installed, despite the COVID Crisis, and SURPRISE! It is dead and will not work. The installer will not even open the computer up again until we have a replacement battery, but Yay! I cannot return it because it has been more than a month! Out $60 because the world shut down and a crappy return policy.

Good replacement battery
My original battery had less than 10% life left to it. This battery arrived and worked perfectly with my laptop. Ran the battery calibration program and it works like a charm.
