Powerful, small, speakers with a wide audio range. Perfect for my needs!
I purchased these for my home office and they have turned out to be great speakers! They are not huge in size, but really perform well. I use them hooked up to an amplifier which connects via Bluetooth to my office computer. My primary use for these is playing music during the day, but they are also perfect for video calls. I can turn them up to a high volume level with no distortion and a good bit of bass. They likely have more power than I am using in a smaller space, so I have no doubt they would work outside in a larger area. They are advertised to be waterproof. The speakers come with a mounting bracket that connects to the wall (or other surfaces) and then the speaker connects to the brackets with a large, thumb-adjustable screw. I have mine mounted to the bottom of the wire shelving I have above my desk (using just zip ties) and they are extremely secure and stable. This has been a great upgrade to my work life, and, since I have music on all day, something that has gotten a lot of use.

Very surprised
I use this for my office at work, so I'm not pushing very high power. At low power, I've been really impressed with their audio quality. At their price, I wasn't expecting much, but they've definitely delivered. At their small size, the low frequencies roll off pretty quickly. Driven by Fosi Audio BT30D, and paired with PSW-8, though, low power delivers high quality with no discernable noise. Not sure I'd use them for high-power situations, and really not without at least some subwoofer support. But for their price, not bad.

A Good Value!
Didn't need to buy them but for the price I figure I can add them with the 3" cube speaker from Acoustic Audio as well. For their size and using them for fun I found that a good pre-amp really warms up their tone and they sound really nice. I've tried different crossovers, with varying results, but out the box they are good, with a few of them together they actually sound really nice. Just trying to figure out how to wire them to 4ohm and not have it look hideous.Opened up the speaker to find the speaker and tweeter wired cap in series. Turned the tweeter and rewired in parallel with the capacitor on the hot side of the tweeter. It is 4ohm now and clean. Added some sound deadening and acoustic foam. Good little speaker and a amt tweeter upgrade might be worth it.

Sound quality so bad I cannot use them!
The media could not be loaded. I bought 5 speakers made by Goldwood and these two rattled and buzzed right out of the box. At first it was barely noticeable, but has since gotten so bad that dialogue and certain music tones make the speakers sound like they are full of broken glass.Adding to my disappointment, Amazon directed me to Goldwood for support and this was their reply (and, yes, the spelling is directly from the email) -Goldwood: "Unfortanly we do not have the replacement speakers... You might need to return the pair for replacements through Amazon."Me: "The Amazon site told me to reach out to you. It is unfortunate that you do not support your own products. I will try Amazon again."Goldwood: "I understand, the warranty would be with the seller, if you bought directly from us we would we do support our products."And that is the full extent of the support I received. DO NOT BUY FROM GOLDWOOD!

4 Purchased for meeting room 1,400 Sqft... decent quality for the price... keep reading
I purchased 4 of these units for a meeting/training room approx 1,400 square feet. 9 foot ceilings... Only 3/4 of the room is seating / sound area the other half is a half kitchen and serving area for refreshments. The training room is for trainings, presentations and an occasional video with music.I admit, when I first unboxed these speakers, they were much smaller than I had expected (and pictures of installed products on Acoustic Audio's site illustrated). That said the size didn't matter too much.I have these units hanging off of 2 Behringer A500 AMPs... (two units daisy chained together off of one amp per pair). The volume I get out of these using Shure microphones off of a Behringer 14 channel mixer is more than enough for a room of about 80, room being almost 1,400 square feet. Sound quality for speakers, dialogue, presentations and lectures is about an A-... quality for sound and music is about a B-...As you can see in the last picture, I took a pic of the speaker mounted close to our Epson projector for size comparison. So the size is rather tiny, but the fact that they work above average in a 1,400 square foot space is nice. If you are looking to cover a smaller area, you can't really beat the price for the quality. The Good:* Price Point... decent quality for decent product* Installation... the push button connectors on the back rather than traditional screws is a nice and easy feature that requires no tools* Felt type stickers included in product... You place these between the mounting bracket and speaker itself... these are a MUST HAVE... I tried the first without and around 80DB with any kind of base the bracket screwed directly into the speaker without this 'felt' sticker washer between causes rattling.* 8 Ohm / 500 Watt speakers, MUCH better than 4 Ohm (which is typical in most other speaker brands at this price point), otherwise my Behringers wouldn't support. The Bad:* Speaker size and acoustic limitations. This isn't an issue for what we're doing, but if I were installing these in a home theater, on a boat, in some type of party or social setting where music is played, I just don't think you'll get the volume and sound clarity you'd want and can get from other better quality but slightly more expensive models.* Plastic Bracket is Flimsy. Again, this isn't much of an issue for me, I actually used zip ties to mount in the ceiling rafters instead of washer and screws, but I can see that if you needed these well mounted for security or because you install these on a boat that may jar or buck, just screwing into the brackets too tightly might crack the plastic and a good jolt could likely crack the plastic brackets as well.Summary:I'd buy these again and could see these cost efficient units in a home theater system no problem... I would go up several sizes and dish out a little more $$ if I'm outfitting for a karaoke style party room or a music 'hall' or a social meeting room whereby loud music is expected to be played. We have our first big meeting tonight and will have another training including video and audio / music, etc... in about 2 weeks that should really test its capability. I'll post an update at that time if I can remember to do so.
