Brushed Nickel 3 Hole LED Light Waterfall Widespread Faucet for Sink, 8-16 Inch Brass Basin Mixer Tap, Drip-Free

I do not normally write reviews, but am writing this review for a few different reasons. Normally I only buy things that have many positive reviews on them so I am sure I will get a quality product, but this one only had one review. I was on the edge of buying this faucet, but I was drawn to the modern look of it and pulled the trigger. When it came, I was surprised to see the quality of everything. It came well packaged and every part is extremely durable. It came with all parts needed to do the complete project, even its own Allen wrench. There is a faint hum from the turbine inside spinning and creating the power needed to light the LED up that illuminates the water. It changes color from blue while the water is cold, green when it gets warm, red when it is hot, and blinking red when it is extremely hot. It may sound tacky to some, and I was iffy about it until I installed it and saw for myself and it looks great. I am overall very impressed and 100% satisfied with this faucet, especially for such a reasonable price. I would recommend this to anyone I did not know due to it being so cool and makes me have something that looks great and has a cool touch that people do not expect and are wowed by!

Well, I wish all interactions with Amazon venues could be as positive and stress-free as this order! The faucet is beautiful, is made of quality materials, and operates as described. The initial faucet arrived with an issue with the hot water line turn-off at the faucet. There was a very small drip that collected in the basin. I contacted Greenspring, and they shipped me a new faucet ASAP. Customer service here is first class, respectful, and they do whatever they can to please the customer. I love this faucet, and only wish I had discovered Greenspring before I ordered three other faucets for a house remodel I just completed. The nickel finish is beautiful, and I love the LED lights as the water runs out. Some customers were complaining that it came with only two water lines, instead of the required four. Mine came with four lines and everything needed to install it. This faucet is very sturdy...nothing cheap about it, and I could not find anything like it in the US for anywhere near the same price. It is a bargain for what you receive. In the future, I will connect with Greenspring first when ordering products, as my experience with them was so pleasant, and their product is quality.

I ordered two of these, to replace one on my master bath sink and the other on my master bath garden tub (which previously had a contractor-grade Roman faucet that broke after 17 years).First off, the faucet is cute and I do like the fact that it lights up.But holy hell the installation *facedesk* I'm not sure where this is made, but NONE of the measurements were standard, and I think it took five trips to Home Depot to get the proper adapters. Also, the nozzles on the hoses were VERY loose and required a LOT of Teflon tape to secure properly without leaking.Speaking of the hoses...only two were included, but the setup required four. We ended up cannibalizing hoses from the other box (good thing I'd bought another!)Once it was installed, after waiting several hours to ensure there wasn't any leaking, I finally filled my bathtub (for the first time in weeks I got to soak in a hot bath!)Ohmygod. It took forever. It's *slow*. Great for water conservation, not great if you wanna take a soaking bath (first world problem, I'm aware).I didn't have the problem seeing the light that some other users reported, but it is Blue or Green or Red depending on the temperature of the water, and it's not gradient at all. Not a problem, just an observation.I do like it, and I'll replace my other faucet with this so they match, but once these "die", I'm not buying them again after.

Update. Green spring has sent me 2 replacement parts to fix the light problem. Neither part is the correct one. And it requires pulling the entire faucet apart even if it were the right part. For the cost of the plumber, I would rather install a facet that works I have requested that they send me the entire new unit. Instead they keep sending the same replacement part. Again. I would give these 5 stars if they hadn’t stopped working. Or if the company would send me a new faucet.Okay. So here is the deal. I LOVE THESE FAUCETS. I purchased 2 when I renovated my master bathroom. A lot of people mention that you can't see the lights well during the day. That's true. But at night? Wow! They are awesome. It's so nice to have that light in the middle of the night when you are washing your hands or face. I love that I can tell when it is safe for me to put my hands under the water. I get too cold, so I always wait until it's green or red.So here's the problem. The second one we installed didn't work. The lights just never came on. So I ordered a new one and returned the old one. Now after about 2 months, the lights no longer work on the other one. It's so frustrating. I want these to work. If they worked, I would give this 5 stars, for sure!!! I'm only giving it 3 stars because at least one is still working.I would order another one, but I don't want the hassle of installing a new one if it's just going to stop working again. I will wait a few months to see how the working one fairs. Then possibly I will replace the one that isn't working.

Love this faucet. It completes the look on the new sink and vanity top. 6 months usage No weird noises from the light "generator" and no batteries to worry about. Just use the proper tools to tighten everything and be careful with your install / hose routing that you don't kink anything. Easier to do when you are replacing the sink. It's a waterfall flow so don't expect a trickle stream to fill a spray bottle and not have it run all over the sides of the bottle...*Update...10/19/21. Nothing bad to report after a year and a half. Still works perfectly and still looks good.
