How do I clean the filter?

Read your manual- you replace every 4-6 months - in between you vacuum if dirty- Do NOT wet it! You can get another manual online if you’ve lost yours- just make sure it’s the same model.

The description says the filter is 97% efficient. how can it claim to meet the general hepa standard of at least 99.95% efficiency?

I believe the LEVOIT says 99.7%. In addition to the HEPA filter there is also a carbon one. So far I am happy with the system but the replacement filters are pricey.

Levoit do you sell 2 packs for the mini? I don't want the knockoff brands.

I don't know. I don't think mine is mini although it is a small one.

Is this Core Mini filter available in two-packs?
