The media could not be loaded. 1st time to buy one of these! I love it! I spent so much time on YouTube researching, and on Amazon, reading tons of reviews on different brands. This one works great with the Temptations dry cat food. I was a little worried at first, because Temptations cat food has 2 different sizes; the kibble and the Temptations treats mixed in. This works just fine with Temptations dry cat food. Can’t wait for my kitty water fountain to arrive!The QR code for tutorials for this is on page 2 of the paper user manual booklet, The QR code to download the app to feed your kitties when you’re away is on page 12 of the paper user manual booklet.The cord is about 66 inches long. I didn’t see this measurement anywhere before purchasing but I’m happy to put it here so you can measure from your outlet to the floor to see if this works for you!Put the D size batteries in first (you’ll need three). Take the cat feeder to the room in your home with your router and modem. Download the app first before plugging it into the wall. If You plug it in first it will continuously beep at you !! Create your account. Then plug it in and allow it to find your Wi-Fi net work. Then, once it’s found the network, enter your passcode etc in the app, then you can unplug it and take it back to the room that you plan on keeping it in.I literally had so much fun setting this up. It was super easy! I love the design and I love the color!The only thing I wonder about is if I have it on two servings when I set it for 7 AM and then go back and set it for one serving for 10 AM did that hold to keep different serving sizes for the different times. I set mine for 4 feedings per day. When it talks about servings, it’s talking about the amount of kibble that comes out. I give larger servings at the beginning and ending of the day and smaller servings in the middle of the day.The Internet said that it does let you set different serving sizes for different times, this is a great purchase. You will be pretty happy about it if you get it.

Love this!! I have four cats and this perfect. I just set it to 4 servings 3 times a day and they feed themselves. Super easy to use. Seems very sturdy. Love the tank size so I don’t have to fill it all the time. Super helpful. I was a little nervous given some of the reviews but I’m pretty sure some of those people just didn’t read the instructions because their concerns were easily adjustable. I do which the 7 gallon had a camera for both bowls but not a deal breaker for me.

I really like this, it was easy to set up and program with the app. However the first week we used it we made certain that we were home every day to insure it dispensed properly. One time it did not dispense even though the app told me it had. I called the company and they really couldn’t give me an explanation. however, we’ve been watching it closely for over three weeks and we have not had any other issues. I do wish this one had a camera to make certain the food is being dispensed properly. Quick note: my cat will put his paws up in the area that dispenses the food and he will get an additional morsel or two of food.

We love that place you store the food is 7 L, it is a good size. Easy to clean, the design is modern. Our cats love it. And it works wonderfully. We like how sturdy it is- one of our cats keeps sticking his paw into the food dispenser and has yet to tip it over.

Works as advertised. Using for cats while out of town and has not missed a scheduled feeding.

Love this. The noise level of the beeps could be quieter but I’m not complaining too much. I love the option to pick what portion it gives out and the app capability’s is amazing

For the most part, this is a nice unit, and the app works very well. BUT it regularly misfires so that nothing comes out when you press the Feed button. You can hear the feeder beep as it gets the signal, but no food comes out, so it requires a second push of the button which usually does the trick. Not a deal breaker when you're at home and can check it or feed your animals other meals, but I don't know that I would trust it for when I'm traveling and not able to check in on it because the app states that the meal was dispensed, but no food came out. I've also checked, and the kibble I feed my cats is small enough to match the manufacturer's guidelines, so that is not the issue.
