Great automatic dry food pet feeder
Automatic feeders work great. App is easy to use. You cat set multiple timers with different feed amounts. Food capacity:Holds a good amount of dry food. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked this feeder because the bowls are on opposite sides of sides of the feeder instead of right beside each other.

Sturdy, well-designed, and functional!
Great feeder! Just set it up today and no complaints really! In case you're wondering how many feeding portions to give your cat, 6 is about 4/5ths a cup of food. For my cats that all weigh about 11 pounds, that's good for them. So I have it split to feed 2 servings three times a day. It's a bit loud, but honestly it's a dinner bell for the cats so I don't mind at all 🥰 I also really like the app and appreciate it is versatile with other smart products, so may look at what else they sell to have it all under one app.**Hot video game character sticker not included 💖**

Works as advertised!
The camera is awesome! Very clear, including night vision. I can use the app to see my two feline "girls" while they are eating. Plus, the two-way audio is great! Setup on the app took a little bit (the feeding schedule directions could be a little clearer), but once I figured out that you pick a time and portion amount, you then select the days of the week to apply it to, then hit "Save" and it is scheduled. It also indicates if you select the same time & portion for every day. So, once you know how to do it, it is very fast to create the subsequent schedule. Otherwise, the app is very convenient, you can manually initiate a feeding (including the portion), and also keep track of the overall results. Th only issue I had with my unit was the manual feed button would not work. Customer service was prompt and great. Claudeth was patient and professional. They would have replaced my unit, but I opted to keep it, since I can accomplish the same thing remotely via the app. I used the enclosed feeding guide as a starting point, and only had to make minor adjustments to get it just right. I am gone substantial amounts of time, and this makes sure they are getting fed properly. I have people that come in twice a week to take care of food, water, and litter. However, because they weren't there every day, they would need to overfill the food dishes, and of course it gets stale. Now I know they are getting fed properly. All my friends have to do is fill the hopper.

Decent pet feeder, and easy to set up
This is my 2nd automatic feeder to try and I like it, the cats like it, it's working "well enough" (still testing all that out), so we're keeping it. The other one I sent back due to configuring issues but the configuring on this one works through the app on my phone so it is a little more dependable. It's very easy to put together and load the food, then close and lock the top. The app is a little more 'work' to get it configured to feed, but very intuitive so it only took a few minutes to get it all up and running. Since my cats were always fed separately because one of them is a thief, I had to move them closer together with their food bowls, switching from their former containers to the bowls that came with the feeder. Once they got the hang of that, I would feed them manually for a couple of days so eating at the feeder wouldn't traumatize them. Hey, they're cats. The only issue I've run into is that it's missed about 3 feedings in the 2 weeks I've had it programmed. On those occasions, when it's time to feed the feeder makes a sound but no food comes out so I have to either hit the manual button on the feeder or within the app and it'll release the food.Since that happened early on but hasn't since, I'm guessing it just had to settle into a regular function of releasing the food every time and/or it requires that there is more than enough food in the container to weigh down the food so that it is released. If it continues to work each and every time it's scheduled to release the food, I'll update my review with another star.Otherwise, the portions are perfect for my cats, the food capacity of the container is excellent and can feed them quite a long time without reloading, and everyone seems pretty happy with the feeder now.

10/10 Would Buy Again
Love this!! I have four cats and this perfect. I just set it to 4 servings 3 times a day and they feed themselves. Super easy to use. Seems very sturdy. Love the tank size so I don’t have to fill it all the time. Super helpful. I was a little nervous given some of the reviews but I’m pretty sure some of those people just didn’t read the instructions because their concerns were easily adjustable. I do which the 7 gallon had a camera for both bowls but not a deal breaker for me.

Great feeder! Just a few small issues...
This feeder is great besides a few small issues. First off, the app is easy to use. You can set a recurring schedule, one-time feeds, or press the button to immediately dispense. The smallest portion is a bit larger than I'd prefer - about 1.5 tablespoons split between the bowls when I measured one time. However, it has been extremely reliable and I haven't had any issues in almost 2 months with periodic use. It's really cool that it's able to be wall mounted, but with moulding, it can't sit close enough to the wall. We had to use different anchors and extend it with some cardboard pieces to really secure it.The feeder is more sturdy than the last one I tried, but my (very large) cat has been able to knock it over a few times - once while not mounted, and once while poorly mounted, before making the needed adjustments. One time the lid stayed on, and the other time it came off.One annoyance is that the white pieces that hold the bowls don't snap in to the bottom of the feeder. It can be a little difficult to line the bowls up under it in the right spot, especially when mounting.Overall I'd definitely recommend this feeder. It does not come with a camera though. I think this listing shows 2 different models.
