LEAKS WATER, poor hose connection
I have both the 3L and 2L versions. I bought them months ago just to store water in a bug out bag for emergencies. I finally filled them over the past week and put it away in my go bag. The next day, the entire bag was soaked and there was a large puddle. The hose had come partially loose when I stuffed it in the hydration bladder compartment of the bag. Thinking it was my own mistake, I dried everything up, and did it again, but this time, was meticulous about making sure the hose doesn't get pulled out while I push the bladder down into the compartment. There was still a leak, although very small compared to before; it just a little damp, but not soaking wet. Examining the hose connection, it seems that the hose doesn't lock into place very well. You can easily pull it out of the locked position without too much force.I then filled both bladders up and did not place them in a bag... just let them sit there on the ground. Overnight, no issues, no leak. I then placed an empty luggage case on top of the bladders to see what they would do under some light pressure, and waited a few hours. This time, I noticed small leaks coming out of the area around the hose connection of both bags and the floor was damp (but no puddle). It seems that the bags leak easy with just a little pressure applied to the bag.The entire rest of the hydration bladder feels like quality materials and the taste is good. But the hose connection is terrible. Not worth the hassle. Unfortunately, it's past my refund and warranty period to get reimbursed for this item.Update 4/3/2020: I contacted the company and explained the issues I had above. Without hesitation, they apologized for the poor quality control and sent me another 2L and 3L bladder to try out. I repeated the tests above and currently, I can say that there are no leaks. Time will tell if the durability of the bladders will degrade over the year. The hose connection onto the bladder also seems much more solid on these new bladders. There is one annoying thing about the 3L bladder... the cap is really annoying to get tightened down and secure. Even after you screw it in what seems to be very securely, there is a small leak through the cap under pressure. You have to screw it down EVEN more securely (to the point where it hurts your fingers to screw in/out), then it will withstand leaking when under pressure. 1 star off for this annoyance. The 2L bladder doesn't seem to have this issue.

It survived extreme Grand Canyon heat
I was extremely skeptical about this bladder and was a bit worried about the taste and performance. Nonetheless I took the 3L bladder with me to Grand Canyon for 3 day hike. My backpack was fully packed as I was carrying a 5 people tent inside alongside my personal items. The bladder worked well the whole time and didn't leak at all. The water tasted clean and fresh. Please note that it was around 110°F the weekend that I went there and it did not cause any problems at all to the bladder. I took care of it as if it were a baby (because there was no drinking water when we arrived at the campground- we had to filter water from a nearby creek). Highly recommended!!

Great hydration pack but even better customer support
I ordered this bladder for my son as a replacement for his original that was defective. I checked reviews and needed a quality bladder that didn't have the same issue and also wanted a way for it to be dry and clean between uses. This fit the need perfectly. The opening is large, cleaning utensils are great, no leaks, insulated hose. I had a minor issue with my order (bladder was perfect, no worries) and noted that to the seller (Goodly Tree). They responded immediately (on the weekend no less!) and went all-out to help me. Now THAT is a great experience. I will have no reservations ordering all my future water bladder needs from them and highly recommend (this is rare for me) that you do so as well.

Nothing negative to say, just needs to be washed.
This seems wider on picture, thought it might be a promblem. Had a promblem with this type of style in past, the mouth pice always comes off. This brand seems to be a little tighter. But still going to add just a touch of super clue to make sure. These tips always comes off !! and it’s kind a hard when it does especially when you’re 40-100 miles from your place. Like this shut off valve they added on end pice for added security. this might be a plus if end piece comes off on this model, instead of water just gushing off because of end pice falling off . I’ll wait a couple weeks hopefully, I won’t have to do another evaluation on this product. On the bad side theirs a funny taste (rubber)I will wash it a couple of times. Another up date! This is better than those $60-80 Separate reservoirs Going to buy another one and For all my packs and colors. Love the huge lid for huge round blocks ice about 4 inches !

Fill a few times first, check your hose to bladder connection
Worked great on a 4 day backpacking trip. I understand others issues with regards to leaks. I had a small leak but found I had not secured the hose to the bag initially. It snaps in nicely though and I had not checked (even after having read the 1 star comments).Taste was an issue for the bags I filled for the first time the night before placing them in my pack. The first bag (see pics) I had filled three times to check for leakage and taste was perfect. So, the other two bags tasted ok after refilling a few more times.I purchased two types of 3 Liter bladders and was happy with both. Each had a different connection to the bladder and each had a different mouthpiece. I liked the locking mechanism at the mouth piece for the aquatic way. This was a planned 20 mile 4 day hike with 3 overnight camps. I will take these again on my next hike.

Decent. Lacks a hook though.
This is a good replacement for camelback packs. The materials are good quality and it comes with a drying hanger and cleaning kit; the drying hanger is a little weird, though. It's not exactly fitted for the item but it gets the job done by holding the bag open enough to air dry. The straw is also durable and does not leak. This item is missing a hook that attaches it to the inside loop of a camelback, though. That allows it stay upright if there is little or no water in the bag. I just put a small carabiner on mine but it would work better if it had the hook built in. This might be a patent issue or something but perhaps the manufacturer could provide an alternative.

Does the job well
Nice combination bite valve and tap.

Complete crap
Absolute rubbish. The bite valve locking mechanism failed after 5 or 6 uses.
