The laptop arrived in about a week. Upon set up, it completed everything, including some large windows updates, bet quickly.The laptop runs great has a great sound system and speakers. It can easily work for productivity or gaming. It is worth entry penny.

Absolute junk. We bought this for my son for Christmas and, less than 6 months later, the LCD lights are out on the screen. He isn’t even allowed to use it during the week while school is in, so very limited use and it’s done for. Very disappointing.

Although not for gaming, a good all-around computer. Outstanding customer service.

had it three months and screen is black even though computer is on :( , called customer service and someone is supposed to call me from tech support in 24 to 48hours. After we went through the trouble shooting over phone. waiting now for a reply. Called a second time with a question and had to leave a message. I didnt use this computer much either prob under 48 hours of total time on computer so i didnt expect a shut down. Its new for peets sake. they are replacing it as we speak since its still under warranty.. Company customer service was good, speaking/ replying via e mail was faster than calling the 800 number. took a little over a week to get a new one . second computer had same problem less than year later. black screen.

This computer is fine. Nothing remarkable about it, though. I bought it for a work computer, but it is definitely not as good as my personal touch-screen HP. For the price, this was a steal at just over 300 dollars. I cannot use the volume keys to manage the sound (maybe this is a driver issue). For some reason video calls have people freeze more often, despite Internet speed checks stating 200 mbs. Also, the touchpad is not as smooth as my personal computer. Tried to do some Canva and it was a bit awkward to move images around unlike my HP. Never used it for anything fancy like gaming but it works nice for music. It has a really awesome keyboard (this is probably my favorite part). The battery life is actually pretty poor, so I do have to plug it in after one video call for work. This computer overall is a good buy for the discounted price but maybe not for the full 1000+ (I bought my HP for 700 and it is far better).

I purchase this item for my nephew. He opened it on Christmas and it won't hold charge. We tried different outlet and let it charge for 24 hrs. It goes to a 100% but as soon as the power adapter is removed it powers down. I felt so bad because he was so excited and now he is unable to use it. I have to go through this refund process and it’s a major inconvenience. Reached out to support and the only option is a refund. Will never purchase this brand again.

It's pretty cheap and not the greatest for streaming. It'll work for a daily laptop for messaging, ect. If you want to play heavy graphic games, probably not the best laptop for that. So far, playing world of warcraft is alright but not sure how it'll be playing while streaming. It feels like it'll be overwhelmed.
