They run a size small, order up a size.
Nice orthotics but they run about a size smaller than other ones I've used. My toes hung over the ends which made them uncomfortable. I will probably order again, but the next size up.

Had to purchase two more
My son was recommended to try these insoles after being in a boot for a month for stress injury. He immediately stated that the insoles feels great on his feet. He loves them so much that I have purchased another pair for his sports shoes as well as ordered a pair for myself.
