Works great
Flux paste is an essential tool for anyone involved in soldering—whether for electronics, plumbing, or metalworking. It helps clean and prepare metal surfaces for better adhesion, improves solder flow, and reduces oxidation during the soldering process.Pros:• Enhanced Solder Flow: Flux paste significantly improves the wetting action of solder, helping it flow smoothly and bond effectively to metal surfaces.• Prevents Oxidation: During heating, metals naturally oxidize, which can weaken solder joints. Flux prevents this by forming a protective barrier.• Improved Joint Strength: By ensuring a clean connection, flux helps create stronger, more reliable joints, especially important in electronics and PCB work.• Easy to Apply: Most flux pastes come in a syringe or small jar, making it easy to apply precisely where needed.Cons:• Residue Cleanup Required: Some flux pastes (especially rosin-based or acid-based ones) can leave behind sticky or corrosive residues that must be cleaned thoroughly to prevent long-term damage or conductivity issues.• Type Matters: Choosing the wrong flux for your application (e.g., acid flux on electronics) can cause damage. It’s important to match the type of flux to your task.Best For:• Electronics repair and assembly• PCB soldering• Jewelry making• General DIY solderingFinal Thoughts:Flux paste is a must-have for clean, reliable solder joints. Whether you’re a professional technician or a DIY hobbyist, it’s a small investment that can make a big difference in the quality of your work. Just make sure you use the correct type for your application and clean up afterward if necessary.

Effective Desoldering Kit – Would Buy Again
This desoldering wick and no-clean flux paste combo works great for electronics repair. The wick efficiently removes excess solder without damaging components, and the flux paste improves solder flow and joint quality. The 10CC tube lasts a long time and is easy to apply. It’s perfect for both beginners and experienced users. Clean results every time with minimal residue. Definitely a handy kit I’d purchase again!

Works well and worth it!
Worked great! Used this to remove a damaged relay on the pc board on a whirlpool duet dryer. Good kit to have!

Works pretty good
This flux pastes does work but its not quite as easy to use as I had hoped. The de-soldering wick works great though. The flux does a decent job of allowing the solder to flow and stick but it is a little difficult to dispense without pushing too hard on the applicator and having too much come out. This is great for the amateur or hobbyist but a pro would probably want something better.

Great kit for the money.
Good kit has everything you can and will need to complete the job, highly recommend this kit with the de solder wick, best investment I’ve made.

Good flux and wick
Needed this to remove shorted micro switch buttons so I can replace them on my dishwasher. The wick and flux removed the old solder perfectly and kept the holes clean and smooth for the new soldered buttons!

This flux worked perfect
This flux worked perfect for what i needed it for, solder flowed exactly where it needed to go. Not micro soldering but it was a smaller project the injector tip allowed me to put the paste exactly where it need to be.
