First time buying JBL and I’m not disappointed. Build and sound quality are an easy 10/10. Metal faceplate with a rugged plastic exterior and easy to use top button layout. Nice covers on the back of the speaker keeping your charger, battery, and plugins safe.Really comfortable carrying handle and lighting is super bright with really good colors. The sound quality has super clean mids, highs with deep/punchy bass depending on your bass boost preference. App offers more tuning ability with lighting and sound. For my bass heads if you need an entry level speaker this is it. I use this in my car and it has enough power to give me a good experience and shake the mirrors a tad.

This JBL jams! Used it to replace a SONOS Play 5. It's perfect for parties and home. Sound is crystal clear full volume and just enough bass without being overwhelmed. Absolutely amazing! I just might buy another for stereo.

You will not regret this purchase. You will feel like a genius. I'm still blown away at the power and clarity of sound. The treble and base is crystal clear and rich even at max levels. In fact, I keep trying to find something to complain about - not this one. I think it's an incredible value. The volume will make you deaf. I absolutely recommend getting the stand. It's strong and well designed. It will also protect your unit from spills and add to the surround sound effects. My wife loves the party lights as well. Guys, this one is a no brainer. Perfect for pool parties. It's very loud and crystal clear as I stated earlier. It is a great value. One and done! The perfect gift!

Absolute banger of a speaker! If you want to throw house parties or any outdoor events this is perfect! It also has an extra bass-boost button, honestly not needed with the stock settings but if you want an extra bang go for it! I personally use it for general gatherings, when I'm working out, parties, and even in the garage when I'm washing the car. Extremely versatile. Very crisp and the bass is perfect, thought the price was a little overkill but honestly totally worth it, had it for over 7 months now and won't go back!

Good bass, just battery life doesn’t last as long

I purchased 1 and it sounded so freaking good I was thinking if one sounds this good, 2 wud sound twice as good and I was right. And then I was thinking I wud like to have one in each corner of the living room, but then I started looking at the JBL 710's and just ordered 2 of them. My brudder says I'm out of control and he's prob right. The 120's probably satisfy most people and you have to be insane to order the 710's, but man o man, wat an experience to have these bad boys kickn you know what.

Just got it about a week ago. Very loud. I've only had the handheld Bluetooth speakers prior. They cost about half the price, but are probably a 10th as loud with a 50th of the bass. Not a good size for kayaking or traveling, but a banger for the backyard. I would buy it again, but it is large to store. You are not just going to put this on top of the fridge or something. Obviously, that is all in the specs, but the size and weight is something to consider before your purchase it. Great speaker. I hope it lasts.
