Amazing little spinning reel
Bought this reel in 500 size when I came across it while looking for a couple spinning reels. I usually stay under the $100 mark for spinning reels and I was like what the heck , it’s $16. I’m always looking for items that are overachievers for the price . Well I will say that the reviews don’t lie. This is one reel that punches way above its price. I’ve only fished it 4 days and I’m impressed. Drag is smooth and it reels smooth and cast well. I put 4lb test on it and used for crappie. I purposely used it more than my better reels just to see how it did. It’s only 4 times but it worked a lot of fish and there’s absolutely nothing to complain about, especially for the price.time will tell, but, I wouldn’t hesitate to give it a try. For the money I don’t see how you could ever go wrong.

6000 series m1 reel
Great reel got the 6000 series even hooked onto some nice 9+ pound catfish and handled them smooth drag was perfect too. Perfect value for what you pay and might even get two or 3 more for my other rods.

Good quality.
Pretty nice reel for the money. The drag is decent and the construction seems to be better than other reels at this price point. The reel is a little bigger than other 500 size reels I have, I wish there was a standardization between manufacturers. The operation is smooth and is fairly light weight.

Quality and low cost
Excellent budget friendly reel. I habe much more expensive Shimano and diawa reels the m1 handing feels every bit as smooth and casts very well. Great quality low cost it's a winner in my book. I ha e already recommended it to others as well

Solid, quality reel
Affordable lite reel that is just as good as major branded reels. We got the ultra lite version for $26.00. The quality is no worse than our branded reels and the performance (size, weight, smoothness, sound) are very good. Very lightweight. We have lots of equipment of all kinds and this is as good as Daiwa, Penn, Shimano, Okuma, etc.

Great reel
Cheap price, great performance. Gets the job done fighting mediocre-big fish. Casting is significantly well too.
