I bought this for the very much reduced price of £115. This is a great quality BBQ and well worth the price.So far I have only used it for Pizza with a cheap pizza stone for extra crispy bases.The BBQ (in the depths of UK winter) reached a max temp of 350C, so not quite as good as a proper pizza oven, but still good for fab pizza.The BBQ is solid quality. Good plastics and with a griddle that is about 5kg in weight so you will get fabulous residual heat for searing.The lid is heavily ventilated (I guess to prevent carbon monoxide), but still gets a good range of temperatures.The adjustability of the two burners is good too. You can reall get a good range of options. 12oclock on the dial is FULL ON both burners.3oclock is off. 2oclock has both concentric burners on but at a low setting. 9oclock has just the outer burner on, so could be perfect for slow cooking (I did some 5 hour ribs on it that were lovely!).I know it's Winter and BBQ's are the last thing on most peoples mind, but at the price this has been offered at you will not be unhappy to buy it and store till the better weather comes.One last point: Gas bottle size. The BBQ runs on propane. I bought (from Ebay) a 13kg bottle. This is too big to fit into the neat body of the BBQ, but the hose is long enough to run it sat at the side. The next size down from 13kg (6kg or 7kg for propane I think) is perfect for this BBQ to give a neat installation. Happy Burgering!

I needed a gas bbq for my bbq hut - charcoal ones smoke the place out! - and this one looked perfect in respect of size and shape, so I bought it. As soon as it arrived I knew I had purchased a quality piece of kit - it came in a big, heavy box! Fitting it together was a doddle - did it on my own - 12 screws and that was it. I was a bit worried about its performance having read some of the reviews but I needn`t have been. I cooked on it last night to test it out. The air temperature was below freezing - and some of my other gas bbqs have struggled with this but the new Fuego was great. The cast iron grate heated up in about 7mins and when I put the steaks on it gave that satisfying sizzling sound, searing the meat straight away. It cooked steaks and chicken thighs to perfection! I love this bbq!A bit of advice - visit Fuegoliving.com - it has some useful tips in the support section and one vital bit on how to season the cast iron grate - I followed the instructions and the grate was virtually non stick on the first grill. Also there is a video on youtube showing how you can use this bbq as a pizza oven!

I was torn between a Weber and this, as I was less familiar with this brand. I elected to go for the Fuego and have no regrets. I only have a balcony that overlooks communal green space, so as a space-saver this product is perfect. Easy to build, gets red hot! Fast! The gas canister is a 5KG Propane aka patio burner gas, but fits like a glove into the basket below and doesn’t get through it rapidly. Can comfortably cook enough food for 3-4 simultaneously; Definitely recommend to another.

It just doesn't get hot enough to sear meat. The temperature gauge will read 550 degrees but that is not the temperature of the grill. And once I take the lid off it is apparent that the temperature of the grill surface goes down quickly. Perhaps it would work better in a hotter climate. Here UK even when it gets to 2O degrees C it just doesn't cut it.

Well it looks terrific value on the 88 quid plus a fiver postage I paid for it as a present for my son and it got positive reviews on a £300 rrp ... a bigger cooking area than you might think but no edge to stop sausages rolling off ... BUT not yet tested in the field as it were ... more to follow ...

Excellent grill, have been using in UK winter and performs well, grill and as oven for fish. Included instructions were a bit confusing as recommended gas cylinders didn’t match regulator. Local garden centre recomended calor patio / bbq quick fix gas and after checking it would physically fit in base all was ok. Happy with purchase.

Easy to assembly just need the weather to improve too much to ask?

Bought this without a six week family discussion and pouring over brochures. My husband would not put it together for two weeks as a protest, After grudgingly putting it together he admitted that it was stylish and well made.
