Simply the best headphones I have ever bought. The noise cancelling, and transparent modes are so useful for so many situations, its amazing not have to take off my headphones to listen to someone speak!! They sound like £1000 headphones, the quality is so clear. They come in some lovely neutral colours too and look exactly like the photos and feel like clouds on your ears (anyone with multiple ear piercings would LOVE these as they fit amazing and cover your ear instead of pressing on them) they connect to Bluetooth instantly and so far I have not had a problem with the connectivity, +++60hrs of playtime is absolutely amazing, and just to top it off when they eventually do die the charging speed of these things are so quick I was shocked.What beats, AirPods etc can’t do. These can. I would recommend these to anyone.

The direct cable sound input gives poor quality sound and the 3.5mm socket will only take a plug with a narrow barrel. This was unhelpful me as I wanted to use the headphone output from one of my TVs that didn't have Bluetooth but the sound quality was too poor for me.. The control buttons on the device are small and fiddly for large or clumsy fingers. As supplied, the sound setting had bass boost turned on- not nice unless you like 'Thump Bump' music. but using the app I could yrun this off and create my own custom profile. The flat equalisation setting was good for hearing music as intended.I found no way to switch off the device - the only way to stop it was to stop the bluetooth source it was paired with. It then flashed for a while trying to reconnect before giving up. The instructions were hard to read for my eyesight and I scanned them them and magnified them. The headphones are able to make two bluetooth connections , one being the SoundcoreQ20i for the app.The headphones were comfortable to wear made a good seal to cut out ambient sound in cancellation mode.So - good value for money and if you don't need cable input you get high quality sound.

I have been on what feels like an eternal search for good headphones that are comfortable to wear with glasses. I find that most headphones squeeze my ears and they get pinched on the arms of my specs, which quickly becomes uncomfortable. But these headphones are incredible. The padding is soft and fluffy, making them super comfortable. The sound quality is excellent and the battery lasts for ages. They connected immediately with my phone and are very easy to use. Much better than some more expense headphones I have tried.

Wow these are brilliant headphones and I got them on the sales in Amazon. I would recommend them great sound bass, fast charging and no issues whatsoever to report I bought two pairs last year for my wife and I and still works and great sound no feed back from other sound equipment good value for money and thought they were back up on sale so got a spare pair just in case something happens with the wife's headphones or mines. Highly Recommended Q20i love them.

By far the best wireless headphones I’ve ever owned! Noise cancellation option which really does work! Easy to connect. Really comfortable. Battery lasts ages! Love the colour and fit.

Loved these so much I bought a pair for my Pops too. Great price but such a quality item. I love and use all the settings from noise cancelling to transparency. I can enjoy bird song on my walks and have an awareness of what's going on around me while listening to podcast or music or I can go into my own little world and shut out external noises on the most part.The sound quality is really good with many different settings in the app. I am really sensitive to sound quality as an HSP so would recommend these to neurodivergent people. I was concerned about reviews that say there can be a slight pressure with noise cancelling headphones. I do experience it slightly but it's not been an issue.The controls on the headphones are easy to navigate and use too.I've not had any problems with connectivity either.All round would absolutely recommend.
