Could do with some tweaks!
Shop I work at had to switch to the new Voip phone systems, so BT sent us one of these handsets for free, I then purchased this one as well.First of all, there is no answerphone built in, so we now rely on BT's service. Secondly, the phone book on the phone doesn't synchronise between handsets, which our 5 year old phones did! So had to sit there for ages putting all the numbers in twice! On top of that, I then need to try to remember to put new numbers in both handsets!Sound quality is crystal clear now though. Before, our line had a lot of static on it, but now I can't even tell when a call has connected (a little beep would help here).Battery lasts well, pretty easy to use, bright screen and loud enough when using the phone and speaker! By all accounts, our voices are clear too.

So difficult to set up. Ridiculous didn’t want to get rid of my landline. Just used to plug my phone on. Now it’s so difficult
