McAfee Total Protection has been solid in providing comprehensive security for my devices. The antivirus and VPN features work seamlessly, and the Password Manager is a handy addition. The 15-month subscription is a great value, though the initial setup could be a bit more user-friendly for less tech-savvy individuals.

I purchased the 3 device McAfee Total Protection. I found the activation code and put it in the proper McAfee website. It did not work. After trying it several times I called McAfee and they said the code was wrong and it was not showing on their records and that I should call Amazon and get help from them. I called Amazon and talked to a VERY nice young man named Justin who immediately credited my account for the charge. He said I could buy it again and if it didn't work to call them back. I waited a few moments while looking at various security suite options on Amazon. I decided to buy the same thing again - and paid for it. I got a new activation code - but just like the first time, it did not work.I called Amazon - and to my surprise was told they could not credit my account as it was non-refundable. However, since the code didn't work, she said they would make an exception and she credited my credit card. I told her had I known it was non-refundable, I certainly would not have purchased it again. She was very kind but I could have taken a hit for the second purchase if she had decided not to refund my charge. I definitely will not be buying McAfee again on Amazon - and likely will not purchase any software on Amazon. I'll find another way to buy a security suite even if I have to pay more for it. I ended up going with a 30 day free trial with Bit Defender because I didn't have to give a credit card info unless I decide in 30 days to purchase it.

I've used McAfee for years. While their popups to buy more from them are annoying, the service they provide is great. In this day and age, I want as much computer protection as I can get.

I have used a few other brands and none seem to give me the virus protection that McAfee has to this date. Unless that changes for some unforseen reason I will continue to use McAfee.

Every year I come to Amazon for my purchase . Best value and so easy to just download . I feel secure with McAfee and it’s so simple to use. I have this on my iPhone, Laptop, and desktop .
