Terrible customer service - returned still broken and no phone contact available
I have twice bought Asus products and both times have had the most horrible customer service support. It is especially dire for anyone on the move.I bought this device in big part as it was perfect on the road. Sadly Asus do not see that.Support is completely inflexible and you cannot talk to person dealing with your situation. You can only talk to front-line people who cannot help. The people who can help are not allowed to speak on the phone!I have been advised to write a letter to sort out my situation. 100% true I promise.After a nightmare trying to sort this out finally managed to get the machine looked at. Two main problems. Only one fixed and that problem returned in under 24 hours.If I could give a zero I would.If you plan to use this on the road DO NOT ASSUME YOU WILL GET A DECENT SUPPORT SERVICE.
