The only difference between the F30 and F30i is that the F30i connection is at the top of the head

By thickness, I can only say that they are very thin. They are like thin material that covers the area the mask covers on your face. They are very comfortable.

Q: Does this fit the respironics amara view minimal contact full face mask? (mine is dreamwear but supposed to be the same thing).

Yes. I have an amara view small. That said it flops over the mask because there is excess material but what I look for is the seal. I don't like hissing air and tightening it down too tight leaves marks, so I use RemZzzs to fill the gaps instead.

Q: What size are these for? small medium or large? (previous answer is confusing)

These Amara view liners are intended to be one size fits all (they should work with small, medium or large masks). It is important to note that these are specifically for the Amara View; they will not work with other masks. I use a size medium and they fit well for me.
