the button does not turn on
I bought this very expensive waterpik in the UK and it no longer works, it apparently charges but it doesn't turn on, there is no circuit map to repair it. Very disappointed with the waterpik.

Very expensive compared to others and stopped working after 8 weeks
got this for Christmas, did a good job of flossing and the different brush tips were very good for my implants and crowns. It could get a bit messy, with gushes of water in your face if you set it off accidentally. also limited movement to get round back and front teeth. It has to be held upright or the water doesn't flow. It is also quite bulky for something meant to be a travel version, and the magnetic charger is also quite large for packing purposes. However it did the job, until mid February, when not even two months old, it started having problems and eventually gave up sending up a jet of water and just sent up a jet of air. the water was not picked up at all. I had to return it under warranty. Amazon support was great, but it is very time consuming and such a hassle. I replaced it with one from Amazon, not a brand name, but very similar, and half the price. This also has different tips, more rotation and a simple small usb charger. Glad I didn't buy another one of these. Very expensive in today's market.

Piks missing, American model for UK
Bought this via Amazon UK, but it us all American - warranty, support contact details etc! ALSO, it is missing the 4 Piks so sent straight back to Amazon. Heavily disappointed in the supplier.

Fantastic invention but get the bigger one if you are not travelling
I've been using this for a few months now and I'm absolutely blown away by how good it is as cleaning in between my teeth. Without repeating a lot of what already has been said, its very good at it.Now, in terms of negatives, its recommended that you use this for between 2 - 4 mins. In order to do that I have to refill the water container like 5 to 10 times (no exaggeration). Its exhausting. I really should have bought Waterpiks bigger, table top version. I know the one I'm reviewing is officially marketed as a travel flosser but many of the reviews here make it sound like its just a more convenient 'home' flosser. Thats how I got caught out. Don't make my mistake, buy the bigger one, you won't regret it.

the worst water flosser out there
I really thought, that paying 4x the amount is a bit steep, but wanted a good product so decided to give it a try after I dropped my non-branded (very good) cheap water flosser on the bathroom floor and broke it.This one has 3 levels of pressure:1. hardly spitting2. easy sprinkler3. very poorNone of these would do the job.I wish I had returned it when I had a chance and bought again the Japanese brand that cost around 30Euro, which is that powerful that would hurt your gums. This is garbage.
