Good NRV* percentage compared to other brands
What I'm particularly impressed about with this product is that it has a much higher NRV* of nutrients than any other brand I've come across. The tablets dissolve quickly and to me, the taste is good.

These are good value. Don't drink too much water. You need to be hydrated. These capsules contain what you need. like a '' sports drink'', but better value

Quite simple. On long hikes, for example 18 miles in the mountains, water refills with these tablets and my legs stay completely cramp free. I add two to each 750ml bottle of water up to 4 times. And at the end of the hike my legs feel absolutely perfect and not tired at all. So, a game changer.

Good way to stay correctly hydrated at an economical price, I use them day to day not just during intense exercise. Highly recommended.Taste is personal of course, but I find them very pleasant to drink. Very crisp & refreshing imo.

Odd choice of flavour
The flavour doesn’t stop anything, it’s just odd that they’d pick it. That said, the minerals within it are good and it’s not difficult to drink. The tablets dissolve quickly and there’s no more residue left than any other brand. I’ll keep buying them as long as they’re the cheapest.
