Do I need a wiring harness kit if I’m looking to use these to replace two existing spot lights and use their wiring on a tractor ?

No you’d be able to use the existing wiring

How do you charge it?.

These LED lights are hard wired into the vehicle using a pre made loom (preferably) . These items require a 12 volt DC feed. They are not chargeable units!!!

I was hoping to buy five of these for my truck, four for the roof and one for the back, is a wiring harness needed for each lamp?

5 for the front will be ridiculously bright! 2 will do the job brilliantly. The wiring harness kits come with a relay which are rated for 25A load. These LEDs draw 60W each at 12V - that's 5A per lamp. So 4 at the front are good from one relay, and one for the back. You may need some extra wire though.
