UPDATE: This phone connects perfectly with Metro by T-mobile. I was decided to return it because my carrier told me that this phone was locked. Then later after calling again a technician finally got it connected. It works so good and have a beatiful cosmetic design. This model is perfect for hard workers. Kind a military style. Powerful battery and flashlight

Before purchasing this phone I made sure to compare all the specs against my a71 and it was supposed to win in every category except camera and screen quality. Despite having more ram and a faster processor, none of my apps would run smoothly. I didn't expect much from the speaker on the back but the sound quality was terrible. This thing felt inferior to every smartphone I've owned since 2011. Having a mid level phone that's 4 years old with less ram blow this thing out of the water tells you everything you need to know about it. And shame on you amazon for charging for prime membership and making me pay to send this thing back.

After a year and a half it started having issues with the power button, but a little electrical contact cleaner dripped around the edges and it works again. The screen is super durable, I've dropped it lots of times and no cracks, the speaker is very loud like a portable Bluetooth speaker. My new carrier said it wasn't compatible with their network, but after I adjusted the network settings it works fine.

Great value. Worked right away with a previously astabliahed AT&T sim. Seems very rugged, it is thick and heavy but for me that is fine. Sometimes disconnects from my home wifi when I'm in the house, or the signal is weak when I'm still at home which it wasn't with my previous older phone (galaxy 6). Navigation is a bit different than galaxy with no "home, back, etc" button at the bottom of the screen, everything is swiping. There are multiple "home screens" but doesn't have the app folder or at least not that I have found. Only had it for a couple days so still getting use to it but it's a great phone. Camera doesn't seem all that great but for me it is good enough, haven't used it much though. Came a day late but came on perfect condition. Came with tempered glass screen protector, charger, and small lanyard. All around good phone especially for the cost and options. Doesn't have dual sim but 1 spot for sim and 1 spot for SD card, which is fine for me. Again it is thick and heavy compared to most phones but the battery life seems to be much greater than most of not all other phones I've had. Overall great deal.

I got the Ulefone 16S Rugged Power Armor from Ulefone Direct on Amazon and I love it! It has a great speaker and charging hold. As well as a large storage capacity.I first had a Rugged 13 and upgraded to this one.And Ulefone Direct has excellent customer service! They assisted me with a return/exchange and they were the utmost professional and helpful company, they definitely stand by their product!I just bought a case for my phone from them too.Great product, can't say enough good things about it! I definitely recommend, buy it- you won't regret it!

This thing is tough, you can throw it. I've been using mine in an industrial environment for 6 months and it's held up very well. The speaker is dying though, and Duraspeed, an unremovable app, will kill background processes and cannot be disabled, even though it says it can. Music apps, monitoring apps, anything that you want in the background will stop working. The battery life is quickly failing, it used to last 3-4 days at a time and now needs to be charged every day, or every other day. Still great battery life, but not as good as it was. The camera is also not great, but the flashlight is awesome and works perfectly. The phone itself is slow and glitchy sometimes.

Update: After a long process of emailing back and forth with the manufacturer, they agreed to exchange my 16s for a x31 pro. I received the x31 pro and WOW what a difference! I changed my review of the 16s from 1 star to 2 because although the reception was horrible, and wifi calling did not work at all, the phone was still somewhat usable. I do however recommend to stay away from the 16s and instead buy the x31 pro.I go through a lot of phones, this one is by far the worst I've ever owned as far as reception goes. I'm lucky to get 2 bars in places I would have full bars with my Samsung. I get no reception at all in the same areas I would have 3 bars with my Samsung. I cannot get WiFi calling to work AT ALL. Waste of money in my opinion.

I first was introduced to the armor phones due to the fact of my work being construction and me just being clumsy! This is one of the best phones I've ever had🥳🥰 It's lasted sitting in a puddle of waterfor a good 10 minutes, it's dropped from a roof about 12 ft😲 I can't wait to upgrade and get this Ulefone armor 11🍾🎉 with this battery lasting so long and the pictures being so high mg. To Top it off it has the ability to take night vision pictures with its camera!! FRIENDS AND FAMILY THIS IS THE PHONE YOU NEED YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE DUE TO BATTERY LIFE DUE TO BEING BROKE BY BEING DROPPED.. BEST PHONE EVER!!! 💯🎉🤟👏
