Love these sleeves. Good quality. Makes for EASY shuffling.

My go-to sleeve to protect MTG cards. The jet black has a nice sheen to it, high quality, and allows for easier shuffling too with piece of mind.

These cards have a very nice texture to the back of them, and they slide very well shuffling my magic the gathering set. They also fit my Pokemon cards. They look great too, the matte black is sharp. Have not had any crazy bends so far so good durability, would recommend!

My favorite sleeves. The black creates the best optics for the fronts of cards with black borders, creating the illusion that there is no sleeve and just a big dark edge on your cards. For those who don't know what Jet is compared to regular black, Jet has a kind of metallic and grainy looking texture somewhat similar to grip tape or asphalt instead of just being flat and black. So just imagine it is still completely black, but shiny. One thing I've also noticed about these which may change in the future, the Jets have the absolute clearest front plastic of any other sleeves I've ever used. There is zero haze or frosting on the front like other sleeves but also they aren't especially shiny on the front either. I cant vouch for their use on like coverage or something under lights and cameras, but to the naked eye I super appreciate how clear and perfect cards and especially foils look inside these.Only possible downside - if you are playing commander or to a lesser extent other formats, be SUPER careful if you choose black sleeves that you always collect all of your cards at the end of a game. Black sleeves are by far the most common and if an opponent exiles a card of yours under an enchantment or steals control of it over to their side it is really REALLY easy to forget to take it back at the end of the game. Bright or colorful sleeves make it much harder for your opponent to forget and shuffle your card into their deck and these Jet sleeves, although they are distinct from other plain black sleeves, will not stand out much from the most common other black sleeves. Be careful!

I've only tried two colors from Dragon Shield Matte's line of outer sleeves so far. I am purely a collector and use them for Pokemon cards that I put into top loaders or binders for my less expensive collection. Regardless, both are excellent quality products.The clears seem to be cut a little more loosely at the top. I see more room from the top of my cards, but it just might have been a bad box. It isn't a huge amount, just a millimeter or so, but they do seem overall "looser". Not that your cards would actually ever fall out. They are still snug enough that they work perfectly. For feel, the backs feel a tiny bit more coarse and less smooth than the Jets. This made them feel "stickier" so I imagine they will have much more grip on each other as they shuffle and catch.But ultimately, I just love the Jet color and shine more. They add a nice border around my cards. They feel smoother to the touch and while sliding across other surfaces. The speckle is reminiscent of pearling in really nice car paint. I ultimately just like the color, cut and feel of them more.
