Great for inflammation, tastes good too!
What can I say about tart cherry juice, other than it's AMAZING! I have terribly achy joints. Every night I was taking 4 ibuprofen before bed and another 4 in the middle of the night just so I could sleep without being in complete pain. I started taking various supplements like turmeric, devils claw, stinging nettle, quercetin, and a handful of others. All of these helped but I was still needing to take 2 ibuprofen before bed and sometimes another 2 in the middle of the night. Enter tart cherry juice.I started taking 1/3 of a cup of this every night before bed. I take it at night because cherries contain a little bit of melatonin and I'm very sensitive to melatonin so it's a nighttime supplement for me. It took about a week of taking it every night but I started noticing that I was not in pain when I went to bed, and would start to forget to take the ibuprofen before bed. A month into taking it, and I never had to take ibuprofen for joint pain before bed again. I have now been ibuprofen free for about 4 months. It totally works, but it takes a bit for your system to adjust to it, and once you do, you'll notice if you miss a dose. As a bonus, tart cherry and the other natural anti-inflammatory supplements I take have also seriously improved my sinus problems. I hardly ever have to use nose strips when I sleep anymore.I have tried various tart cherry capsules, but none of them worked like the juice. This is the best way to take it and it's worth every penny. Taking 1/3 of a cup a night is also very reasonable price-wise. It's especially affordable if you have Amazon prime (which is awesome). On nights when I've been out dancing or if I've done a lot of exercise, I'll have 1/2 cup to counteract muscle inflammation. The taste is very good as well. Despite the name, it is less tart than cranberry juice. Great to add to smoothies or to drink by itself.

Delicious and medically beneficial (for me)
Let me start by saying I have been looking into Tart Cherry Juice for several months. I had heard rumors that tart cherries are a good natural anti inflammatory. I have some medical issues and am pretty much game to try anything at this point. I asked around and most people I talked to about it personally thought it was generally a placebo and wouldn't do me any good. Hearing that, I put the idea of tart cherry juice aside.A few weeks ago, I saw a little segment on TV where the anchors were drinking Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice. That brought it back to my mind again. I thought I should just go with it and give it a try, so I looked up Cheribundi. I found it to be quite pricey, but at this point I was pretty desperate to try anything that might help me. So I ordered them here on Amazon.Let me tell you, I am stunned. I am stunned how good it tastes - it's actually delicious. But more than that, I am stunned that it has actually HELPED me with some of my medical issues. For the past 3-4 years I've had a rash that, despite numerous medical treatments and specialists, will not go away. A few weeks after starting drinking Cheribundi, I've noticed that the rash is actually fading - something that has never happened before! Not only that, I've always struggled with sleeping well and even that has improved.I can say that although Tart Cherry Juice may be a placebo to some, it absolutely WORKS for me. And it's so yummy to boot. It's worth the investment. I figure it's much cheaper than medication and doctors visits. I can't recommend it enough.

Great stuff, I keep buying a case of it - tastes great.
Tastes good and helps some with inflammation - this isn't going to make the difference, jut be part of the lifestyle change you need to make a difference regarding inflammation. 1/2 bottle is all I drink a day...too much isn't a good thing as sugars are part of the inflammation issue.

Awesome
I drank this after a couple of long runs and I felt like I recovered faster and slept better (I have trouble sleeping at night after my long runs). I mean, this is no miracle maker, but I did feel a slight difference. This kind has a little less sugar than the regular version, which I prefer, but it tastes good to me. I recommend it!

Women Who Have Sensitive Bladders Beware!!
I had no clue when I bought this that tart cherries and bing cherries were so different in the way that they interacted with the bladder. There is research that has shown that in addition to cranberry juice that bing cherry juice can be good for bladder infections.Tart cherries are a whole different story... Although I Love the flavor of this juice and was looking forward to its helping me with my fibromyalgia; back pain and joint stiffness I never got the chance to find out if it would do any of those things for within an hour of my starting to ingest this lovely tart cherry juice, like the poisoned apple in the fairy tale; Snow White new pain started to set in that I hadn't experienced in years! So I then tried to only have the least littlest bit mixed with 99% plain seltzer water and it didn't help me one bit. When I very first started noticing bladder issues I googled, 'Can tart cherries cause bladder infections' This is the response Google gave me:"Yes, tart cherry juice can irritate the bladder in some patients. The acid that gives this juice its tart flavor can decrease the pH level of urine. A lower pH means a substance is more acidic than those with a higher pH. Anything with a pH below 7 is classified as an acid or acidic."Unfortunately, I happen to fall in the category of being one of those 'some patients.' So, I will never know if this could have helpedd me. It was almost too good to be true for I absolutely love cherries.I am sure this is a great product for those who don't have my issues I just wanted particularly women who have sensitive bladders to have this knowledge prior to purchasing.Right now one of my roommates is using the juice but for me it is an expensive lesson.
