I took it for three consecutive nights.It does induces sleep but I felt drowsy during the days so discontinued taking it.

I request those who are unable to get sleep like me during night after 10 pm then please buy this. Absolutely no side effect. I tried this cause I suffer fromInsomnia.This product doesn’t help as required instead it works quite later and causes an imbalance in your body as well.
