Great for the Mac with an M2 Chip
Works great for extending my screen real estate while using a Mac with the M2 chip. Easy to set up after downloading the proper drivers. The picture quality is good but I'm mostly looking at text so not sure how accurate the colors are. There is a noticeable lag on one of my monitors as the Mac can't go to 60hz to match the main display I'm using.

Works as it should when others did not.
Tried two other docks from other companies to no avail and this dock just worked! MacBook Pro (2019) and three monitor setup. First two docks kept losing screens. Mixed screens up. This Anker worked immediately, and monitor config is in tact. Love it when a product works as it should.

Use the encosed cable with a mac!
I was coming from a 2016 Macbook Pro running an eGPU that used a Thunderbolt 3 cable. When the eGPU finally kicked it, I bought this dock. I plugged in the dock to all my 3 monitors, but only two lit up (the 4k HDMI port did not work).I was tempted to leave a 1 star review and cite another dead HDMI port issue, but it's really my own fault- The Thunderbolt 3 cable I had used to connect my laptop to my dock didn't support the video resolution Anker's dock was trying to put out. When I used the enclosed USB-C cable, magically everything booted up. So, troubleshooting, you need Displayport and the enclosed Cable on a mac if you don't have all your screens set up.My one gripe, though, is that the cord is much shorter than I wish- I use a standing desk with a laptop on the non-standing portion, would be nice if I had a little bit more room to play with when I raise the desk!

Displaylink makes this nearly useless
Could just be my unit, but I've been having usb connection inconsistency, external displays at the wrong resolution, and am unable to connect two displays successfully. I am using an M1 macbook pro, and an m2 macbook air, which have their own display limitations, but I should be able to connect even just one monitor at native resolution (1440p60), and that is not possible. Best I could get was 1080p50, which is very strange.Displaylink is crap, terrible solution that offloads display rendering to the cpu and compresses the snot out of the image. Plus, on macos, everytime displaylink changes, or I reconnect the dock, the display configuration resets. Wrong res, orientation, and arrangement.Awful awful solution for any apple silicon macs. Not enough USB bandwith to be useful, might as well be a usb 2 hub.Returned this and got the 778 for ~50$ more, I hope that product actually works. Anker used to be the goat, now they're raising prices and dropping quality. Maybe the new dock will work as advertised.

FINALLY! Triple Monitor support on M1 Macbook Pro
I have been looking for a dock that supports triple monitor support for a long time, and as far as I know, this is the only dock to achieve this on an M1 macbook. I seriously considered buying another computer to get this feature, so this has saved me a ton of money. It works perfectly fine with the display link software even though you need to tinker with your display settings to get the resolution right for each display. As far as the other ports, the ethernet, usb c and others are all great accessories.Honestly, nothing to complain about. The dock provides exactly what it says it does. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for such a full featured M1 Macbook dock. Definitely worth price.

Works great for what I needed, after installing the latest drivers.
This is a great hub, that I use for work for extending my laptop to 2 24 inch monitors. I had some issues initially because I didn't have the latest drivers installed (there's a sticker right on the device that says to make sure you install the latest drivers, or it won't work). But once I got those updated, it has worked perfectly. I am very happy with this product.I'm not sure why it is asking me to rate the Camera quality of this product, as there was no camera. Also, I am unsure of the Technical Support, since I didn't have to reach out to them.

Very good but almost weighs nothing (in a way I'm not crazy about))
It's pretty good. The build quality is good. It feels solid. I will say it's very light so the cords in the back are always pulling on it, I have a standing desk and I feel like I need to anchor it somehow before I decide to adjust the height. This may be a me thing. Also I think USB-C cord it came with to connect to my laptop is a bit stiff (see previous gripe) and I might replace it with a corded one down the line if it really bothers me. Overall it's very good, these may be just me problems since the solution might be to make this thing bigger or give it a stand and I'm not crazy about either idea either.

Works great with the M2 Air, needs some fiddling
If you’re buying this to use with a M1/M2 macbook air you can’t go wrong. It does require some fiddling with the software side of things to make both displays clean and easy to read. But those are free and some quick googling will get you settled. Once that’s been sorted though. Best dock I’ve ever used.
