Rechargeable batteries
I bought these because I am tired of having to buy batteries it gets expensive. These charge up and hold the charge for along time but depending on how much you use your device, I have a 4 D cell flashlight and they work very well.

Good charger and great customer support!
The charger works well, and EBL's customer support is excellent. I love the display and how easy it is to know if your battery is charged. I charge C size batteries but plan to add other battery sizes since this charger can handle many different sizes. I did have an issue with the first charger that was sent, and I contacted EBL to troubleshoot. They responded quickly and ended up sending me another unit. They were very easy to work with!

Amazing alternative to throw away batteries
These batteries hold their charge for 7-10 days and work great. We hated throwing away batteries weekly using them in our daughter’s toys, so this was such a good alternative. The base can accommodate size D all the way down to AAA and takes roughly 4 hours to charge C batteries to full capacity

MUST use a data-transfer cable, not just any micro-USB or USB-C
I ordered this to charge C-cell batteries. It charges (almost) all my rechargeable batteries without issue, but with a few AA's I have, it simply says "error" when I insert them; these same batteries charge perfectly well on my wall-plug chargers. My real problem: I had to buy another cord in order to use it properly. The cord it came with only powers it if I use only the left or right half of the charger and not the other half. As soon as I have at least one battery on the left half and one on the right, the whole screen starts flashing and refuses to charge anything. This was the case with both the included micro-USB cable, and my own USB-C cables. I did eventually find that a micro-USB intended for data transfer (not just device charging) makes it work like a charm. I still mostly stick to my smaller wall-plug chargers for my AA and AAA batteries, but when I have a lot to charge at once, or when the Cs need charging, this is a good item. The batteries that came with this set seem to be of very good quality - they charged quickly, and lasted longer in my household devices than other rechargeable C batteries I've bought.

Great product, arrives quickly
Comes with a case for each pair of C batteries, charger is LCD green backlit, and comes with USB-Micro & USB-C charging ports with a USB-C cable I believe, not exactly sure because I also purchased the sister product EBL AA 1.5v rechargeable set as well. Great product so far, i purchased and charged batteries easily as soon as they arrived, at which was quicker than expected. Definitely would buy again.

Not impressed at all
A family member is on an IV infusion pump for 16 hours a day. It uses two C batteries. The cheap procell batteries they give us for it only last one 16 hour session then have to be replaced as the machine will not even start a new session if the battery is low. I googled the brand and it said they were best for "low drain devices." The home health nurse gives us batteries but it seems so wasteful to throw away two batteries every single day . I remembered nimh rechargable being much better for high drain devices . Back in the digital camera days nimh batteries would give me 3x the photos per charge than a brand new set of high end alkaline batteries. Remote control cars lasted allot longer as well . So when I got the batteries I charged them up using my 5 amp cellphone charger. From how I got them new to a full charge took about an hour. The infusion pump showed the fully charged battery at 80% . I expected this because they're only 1.2 volts. We let it run about 8 hours and went to bed woke up and it was dead. The unit had 4 hours remaining so that meant it ran 12 hours . I tried the other two , same thing 12 hours the machine beeped and shut down low battery. The first two batteries took about 2 hours to charge tried them again lasted 12 hours and shut off. So these batteries have 3/4 of the capacity of alkaline batteries meant for "low drain" devices. Either alkaline batteries have seriously gotten way way better in the last 10 years or these NIMH batteries are not that great. Id still buy them for something like an rc car or a battery light I used constantly to save money but if it's something u need to last a maximum amount of time per charge , these ain't it. The charger seemed to work well .it was nice having the older USB port as well as the USB c port so regardless of what you have you can plug the cord in to this charger.

Revised Review - EBL D cell Rechargeable Batteries
I previously gave a 1 star review when the batteries stopped working. After I posted my review EBL contacted me and we discussed the problem and then they offered to replace the D cell batteries at no cost. EBL has great customer service and that's why I'm changing from 1 star to 4 stars. Great customer service goes a long way with me.
