Screw that tightens it has come loose once or twice. Make sure you do it enough in. Otherwise, great.

After having tried (and failed) to find a decent holster for my 43X MOS I finally found a winner. It fits my firearm with optic perfectly. The adjustable passive retention functions flawlessly, adjusting with just the twist of a Phillips head screw. It rides not only low enough for my optic but also low enough not to have to remove while driving my car with a center console (which is an issue when you're 6'7 and 350 lbs).I can't say enough good things about this holster, and have only one minor gripe with the fact that the paddle is quite loose and freely slides around my belt and will come unclipped quite easily.Overall I'm completely satisfied with this holster and plan on ordering one for all of my EDC pistols in the future.

I have a few fobus holsters. This is the only one that the weapon gets stuck when trying to draw. I looked like Barney fife trying to draw. I took some time and filed and sanded the trigger lock area inside the holster. Now it works the way it should nice and smooth while still giving me the retention that I want

JHolds your weapon in place very well, sometimes too well. Even when you loosen the screws all the way out. Hard to draw quickly .Buy an Alien holster.
