The brackets are fine, but they come with the absolute wrong hardware. Instead of screws, you get a sort of spike-nail with a head too small to catch the bracket hole. We tried screws that might be too big and drove the anchor into the wall. Next we will attempt to find an appropriate washer. If the right hardware had been provided, the install would be easy.

To be honest, I struggled with these. None of the "pictures" on the back seemed to fit my install situation exactly. I got the brackets installed but they don't stay connected to the shelf great. I think I am going to have to remove and re-install. I think it may be better to buy something like this locally so you can return it easily if it doesn't work, but the Rona led me to buying this online. My shelves are up, but I don't feel great about it.

I tried to install these on my closet maid shelves and the hole on the end of the rod was too short and my shelves would not sit flat on it. I personally found it kind of hard to attempt to install, I am certainly not a handyman. I ended up returning them and buying something else to hold up my shelves.

Helps hold my closetmaid wire shelves pretty solid. Feels snug with the shelf and keeps it upright.

Easy to install. Beefy hardware, great easy to use drywall ankor included. Really stabilized my 12" wide wire shelf, Im sure it will more than safely hold the weight of my cleaning supplies.

Purchased the brackets to provide better support for closet shelves. After installation, closet looks good and the closet shelf is holding better than ever. I would recommend this seller.

I hate how the repair or refill kits for these shelf hangers are super expensive at Home Depot. This is exactly what I needed for fraction of the cost.

Perfect as additional anchors/support when I decided to split one ClosetMaid system between two closets.
