What is the interior diameter?

The slide has an internal taper. At the base it is 22mm diameter, and the top it is 17mm ID. I have skinny fingers so I wear it "upside down". This is my first brass slide after years of just using glass. This one sounds much better.

Does it scratch easily, and does the brass flake off after a while? I’ve had this problem with other brass slides.

Mine has no visible scratches. It's solid brass so there's no finish to flake off.

It's a guitar slide. If you are not familiar, the internet -- that fount of knowledge that is correct sometimes -- says this --"slide guitar, also called bottleneck guitar, a technique and style of guitar playing, whereby a hard object, typically a steel tube, a steel bar, or a glass bottleneck, is pressed across multiple strings and slid along the fingerboard to produce a smooth, whining sound that is in some ways evocative of the human voice."

Does come in small medium or large size

While one of the bullet points states it only comes in one size there is no indication on the ASIN what that size is. In fact, even the D'Addario website does not show the information. The ONLY place I could find it was on the box that the slide comes in. These are a size 13 so you will need to know your ring size to determine if it will fit you or not.
