The media could not be loaded. The product is good with not so good resolution I have used it with my electric door lock. Working fine. It is very easy to install n value for money. It can store lot of photos with built-in memory. So far so good.

Amazon Customer service is extremely worst! This video door bell stopped working in 6 months. I called Hikvision to replace malfunctioning part but they refused to cover this under their warranty. They asked me to contact Amazon for any assistance. I called Amazon and they asked me to get service denial email from Hikvision, submit all other details and promised that they will get back to me within 8-10 days. It's almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard back so I called Amazon to follow up. They said, they have received an update but, the customer service representatives can't open the details of that update so, they will get back to me after 48 hours. This is complete run around and absolutely against their foundational principle: "Earth's most customer-centric company". I don't ever purchase any such items from Amazon. If there was a way to give negative ratings, I would have certainly done that.

Basic analog door video camera/ calling bell.Pros - Good display, good camera, easy to install, 2 more additional cameras can be connected.Cons - Made out of cheap plastic, Cannot adjust ringing volume, Ringer tone rings straight 10times doesn't stop unless answered, speaking volume can be controlled, comes with 3 annoying ring tones, settings menu has very minimum controls.
