I bought this based on other reviews. I wanted a good quality stone to sharpen some tools and an axe. It's so easy to use, the tools and axe are now a lot sharper. It comes with a nice leather belt pouch to keep the stone in which looks great too. The stone is comfortable in the hand, the size of the stone fits well into my hand which makes using it easy. Very versatile and the performance is great. Great value for money.

Does sharpens, rather best on more open angle chopping blades. Not bad, good design with pouch carrier. Nice.

Very good value and quality.

Works well working the blade in small circles. My axe was still new so wanted something to keep the steel keen to cut Wood. Easy to hold and sitting with the axe across my legs its easy to work the edge of the blade. Gently working in circles with the rough stone before getting to the polishing. The stone has the right grit to work the axe blade well. Its great to have the pouch for the stone that also goes on the belt. it will be going with me in the next Scout camps!

Very conveniently sized puck for keeping a small woodcutting hatchet nice and sharp.Each of the sides is the perfect grit to level out any inconsistencies and then buff it up again.Also used for chisels on the fly and it worked superbly.

It’s ok, but expected a more sharper blade,Not cheap for what it is

Best stone for sharpening axes I have purchased, fits neatly in the hand, produces a great sharp edge for minimum effort, highly recommended.
