Very yummy. My baby loves them. It's a peace of mind that unlike US most baby food products there are no heavy metals. But let's be honest it's expensive!

My child is crazy finicky when it comes to eating healthy foods. She is extremely picky and it is rough trying to find on the go snacks she will actually eat. Add that on to the fact that she has a lot of dietary restrictions due to allergies, this limits our options even more. I was excited to give these a try because she likes these squeezer type foods. However, I was a little hesitant in offering these to her because they contain beets. Beets are super healthy but she has an adversion to them. I figured I would give it a try anyways.To my surprise she actually really enjoys these. As of today while I am writing this review, I no longer have these anymore because she already ate them all. It is a big hit for her.I tried a little of this myself because I was curious what it tasted like and it does indeed have a slight beet taste to it but I guess she doesn't mind it because it is naturally sweet. I guess the organic apple and banana makes it more appealing to her.I really love how convenient these are to take along with us for car rides. I don't have to pack spoons or anything and she can easily eat this without making a mess.The ingredients could not be any cleaner. There are no preservatives, food colorings, added sugars or artificial junk to be worried about in these.

The Holle Organic Baby Food was well received by not only my nieces, but everyone in my house it seems. The puree is lightly sweet and has a taste that is primary of apples and banana - although it's touted as being a beet-based puree, the flavor of beet was not really detectable at all. The puree was easy to suck/squeeze out of the little pouch and honestly fooled the older kids who pulled some pouches out of the box and started sucking them down as well. Even the husband thought the purees tasted good and didn't think it was bland like most baby foods. With that in mind, if it wasn't marketed as baby food, no one would have guessed - it just tastes like good fruit puree. The pouch can be closed at the top if there's too much for little tummies to finish, and is convenient to take while on the go. It's a good simple snack that's tasty and convenient.

We do like Holle products in our household. Our little one has had their baby formulas and loves it. We've also had another variety of their baby food pouches, which again, he loved. I was a little worried with this beet flavor, but he ate one entire pouch for breakfast in no time! I was surprised at how quickly he devoured these, as I didn't think this would be a popular flavor. This one has 11g of sugar, which isn't too much but could always be less. These are made in Italy. We are happy with this flavor.Mine expires in 3 months, which seems like a short time frame for pouches like these. I have to add I am doing this review the day after I got the product on my doorstep. The production date is also listed on the pouch, which means these have about 6 months shelf life - if I am reading the manufactured date correctly.ABR12042106/12/2022As you can see, the formats are different but I'm reading it with the same format as the expiration date (bottom). I always check the dates on these before serving it to my little one but I am putting these towards the front so they get eaten the soonest. Dates aside, I would repurchase Holle baby food pouches.

I’m overall satisfied with this product. One reason I chose this one in particular is that it includes vegetables in the formula and pretty well received.

Great ingredient list and a good way to have baby try new foods without making him gag. Pouches are good for travel or for keeping in diaper bag in case we need a snack when we are out. These are something I can feel good about feeding to baby and even his older brother. Organic and natural.

My little one (now 16 mos) loves these as a snack. I sometimes mix them with a bit of oatmeal for a heartier part of her meal, but she prefers to eat these directly from the pouch. I've tasted these and I can see why. They are sweet and fruity, but all the sugars appear to come from the fruits. I've made her fresh beet drinks before but I actually just prefer these pouches as beets stain everything! And I don't have to worry about that with these. She gobbles these up so quickly! I have tried other flavors from this brand, and they are all organic as well. It's a brand I've come to love and trust (as has my daughter)!

My son is obsessed with this “Zebra Apple Sauce” as he calls it. He ate 2 packets in row when I first introduced him to this. The packets can be kept in fridge or out, but taste much better cold. There is no weird beet flavor to it, which I was a little worried it would have. This is a healthy and organic snack option for my 3 year old, and super easy for me to throw in my bag when we go places. Cost is a little high, but this brand is great and there are no funky additives. Just 100% real food.Highly recommend for babies and toddlers (and adults too!)
