Doesn't work
The seed sower jams immediately, and when you press the plunger down, it crushes your seeds. Terrible. I used this on broccoli seeds.

it is easier to see by hand
I tried this to do seed starts indoors. It doesn't work well at all. It either shoots out all the seeds at once, or it doesn't pick up a seed at all. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money. You can use a tweezer and get the seeds out of your hand, it's easier.

This is great for making small seeds easy to plant, I used it for carrots and although it lets more than one seed at a time out, it is great.
