40 PCS Circuit Board Plastic Standoffs Mounting Hardware,Motherboard Standoffs Foot Offs and Screws - L Type PCB Mounting Feet for Single Board Computers, Raspberry Pi and Other PCB Boards

I recently purchased a fan extension card but quickly realized I had no mounting hardware. Even then, there was no logical way to mount the board within my case. The spacing on the PCB doesn't quite lineup with anything in most computer cases. A YouTube search showed loads of people with the same issue.Since this comes with 40 pieces I sacrificed a few pairs and cut out the embedded bolts. Then I used a screwdriver to route the non-threaded side of the plastic mount a little wider so I could wedge in the extracted bolts. That made both holes of plastic mount threaded and I was able to fasten the mount onto some drive cage holes. From there it was just a matter of pivoting the mounts for a perfect with my fan extension card.

They arrived quickly, in perfect condition, are as advertised and easy, easy, easy to use. Screws are included with the feet. Great!

What can I say? They were cheap and plentiful. I like that the screws for mounting the PCB thread into some captured nuts embedded in the plastic, rather than just screwing into the plastic itself.
