A wonderful product that kneads out knots and balances muscle differences. I have a chronically tight IT band and sometimes accidentally trigger it to tighten again; this works very well to help me recover. Before the body wrench, recovery was a few weeks, now just a day

This is a good product but its very annoying and the instructions that it comes with are also annoying. it hurts, gets in much deeper than a roller though so i gave it 3 stars.

This is a great product. Easy to use, easy to understand and follow the video. Helps with aches and soreness and you can give yourself a therapeutic massage. Has really helped with stiffness in my upper and lower back due to intense workouts and previous injuries. I would recommend this product for anyone wanting a method to recover, relax muscles and stay lose in order to maintain a physical lifestyle. Love the product. I use at night before I go to bed to loosen things up and help me relax from long day at work and intense workouts.

This is a well-made product. The instruction video is clear and helpful. You can configure the product many ways so it is quite versatile. It is much easier to use for working on muscle knots than the individual lacrosse balls I was using previously .

Too hard to pull apart and it squeaks when I roll.

This is a fabulous tool to save your shoulders and back. I am not strong enough to use it on all parts of my body--my trainer can. But It really helps releive the knots in my upper back from too much computer time. Must have item!!

Was introduced to the body wrench by my personal trainer and finally bought one. Used it last night after it was delivered yesterday and it really helps to relieve muscle pain and stiffness. So now I use a combination of a foam roller and body wrench to recover from my probably too much tennis playing!

The Body Wrench is perfect for a quick pressure point massage, gets those knots out before they get worse, I use it daily. As soon as I feel tightness growing between my shoulder blades I can knock it out in a few minutes. Quite a bit more effective for muscles adjacent to spine than a foam roller.
