This went a long way to setting things right in my gut health so A+ on effectiveness. I went through 2 bottles of this and it just fixed me. I’ll definitely order this again if my gut gets out of sorts in the future. They were easy to swallow and no taste. Great quality and so worth the cost!

This with Gut Restore probiotic is awesome for leaky gut, you can notice a difference almost immediately. I am a doctor and Dr. Axe is my #1 alternative health doctor and doctor in general I go to for health and wellness advice. I read his “Eat Dirt” book on leaky gut, it is good as well.I have combined these two supplements with the Auto Immune Protocol (AIP Diet) and have stellar results. I was severely ill, I was throwing up almost every day and developed all kinds of auto immune symptoms. My healthcare team (4 M.D. specialists) couldn’t figure out what was going on. I was 90% sure it was leaky gut. Literally in 4 weeks with these supplements and following the AIP diet strictly, I was 95% symptom free..I had my life back.There were a few foods Dr. Axe said were ok in his leaky gut protocol laid out in his book, but they offended my system. These same foods were excluded on the AIP. Helps with digestion.

I have been taking 2 Capsules before meals, and I think it is helping for what these are described for? Directions read 2 Capsules a day. I am an RN and decided a daily dosen would not be enough as a daily dose not enough!

WHEN I take the product, right away, I can feel it breaking down the organic foods I have just eaten. I can tell that the nutrients are now available in my stomach and now benefitting my body. It is a great experience and empowering. It really works. Most of us are unhealthy, so that means your digestion is not strong. So get this product, some Betaine Hydrachloride, Apple Cider pills, Bile salts, and Pepsin, and then eat USDA organic, nutrient dense foods, and you'll be amazed at how much of the benefits from the foods you contract! It is out of this world. It speeds up healing in your body. These are digestive enzymes and they are really good at getting the nutrients out of the food for you if you need the help.

I did not buy this for me, but for a friend who's also an excellent kinesiologist--so I take her word that it is a good liver detox. She's helped me many times with choosing useful health products, so I'm comfortable with recommending this as a quality item.

I started taking these but made me a tad ill. So I stopped.

Will no more when I do bloodWork again but so far I think it’s good
