First Class Customer Services
Well I didn't realise that this conference phone would not work with our Toshiba telephone system, however the staff in the customer services did thier utmost to help me get it up and running. We tried a different adaptor and cables and eventually got it to work. So would highly recommend buying products from this company. They are very knowledgable and helpful about their products. Oh and yes the conference phone works very well too :-)

Unfortunately this phone did not work so it was returned for a refund

May Need Adaptor
Received phone today, clear easy instructions everything connected ok, until I noticed that the line that connects to the phone box is not correct. Will need to buy an adaptor. Very frustrating.
