I purchased this product a few weeks ago to help control the swelling in my legs. From the very first use i could tell a real difference. The product is easy to put on and use, and the exstensions to account for the extra size in my swollen legs have been a god send. You literally just velcro the product on your legs and plug it up and it allows you to control intensity, different massage styles and the heat. I highly recomment this product to anyone needing either a good leg massage or as in my case you control fluid build up in the legs from chronic edema.

It's my first time trying a compression massager so I wasn't sure what to expect. I occasionally use a standing desk at work and after a long day, I got used to my legs/feet to be slightly sore or feeling swelled. This been wonderful to use at those times as my legs feel so much more relaxed after and I'm ready for the next day of work. The unit came fully assembled and everything is labeled as "left" or "right" so it was easy to get set up and started. Just had to plug in the power cable, attach the cuffs to the legs, and hit the power button on the remote. There are 4 levels of compression strength that you can select and even though my legs are kind of big already I felt comfortable using the highest compression level (4). If it feels too tight you can easily loosen the warps at any time or lower the compression level on the remote. It auto shuts off after 15 minutes. The unit is overall not too heavy and the material and the remote is great quality and feels very sturdy. I have other products of this brand and I have found all of them to be of great quality so I'm not surprised but am happy that they are consistently providing products of this level of quality at reasonable prices.

I looked at a bunch of different models of air compression before ordering this one. I can say that, once you get it one, it is effective at squeezing the legs. It operates similarly to a blood pressure cuff on your thighs, calves, and feet and the modes basically selectively squeeze and release those areas.A few things I didn't think about before my first use, because this uses velcro straps to each part of the body, one would need to have the easy range of motion to work on those parts of the body to put it on themselves. I don't but was fortunate to have a spouse help me. I also didn't account for the loud buzzing the air compressor makes which does get a bit in the way of relaxing while it works. All in all, I think this is worth what's being charged for it but I can see that more expensive models might be able to offer quicker, quieter, tighter use than this one. I'm definitely seeing therapeutic benefit from it.One other note, I don't really feel like the heat does much so if you are buying it for that function, maybe get a heat pad instead.

Arrival was vey quick; first rate shipping! I had this in hand to gift it at Xmas - yayy! There was no damage and the device seemed to operate as designed.This apparatus is extremely tedious, difficult and aggravating for a senior citizen (who is very stiff and sore) to put on. It requires a 2nd person to get "strapped in". This creates an awkward situation for someone with privacy issues.It really does not "massage" like one would expect from the description. Sections of the leg/feet are tightened up on as with a blood pressure cuff. This cycles through the feet and legs re-applying circulation restriction to the different sections at different times. Possibly this is a form of "circulation massage" but an unusual one nonetheless. The physically perceived result was not bad. The user was pleased (at first) with it. However it was later commented that it really wasn't worth the extreme hassle and didn't want to use it again.The design has 2 separate sections for each leg and a separate section for each foot. This is 6 individual sections to strap into using the velcro tabs. The sections are very loose and folded flat so you need to unfold each section to put it on the legs. If it were a bit more rigid so you didn't need to wrestle to get the sections in shape to strap them on, it would be easier, like in a "U" shape, but they are flat so you need to unfold and wrap each section. Combine this with the controller and the tubes attached, it just is too much.Since it's so difficult to use, we returned it for a refund. The refund process was good so it all worked out ok.

My husband has had restless leg syndrome for one year nearly when the leg massager reach us, he put this on his two legs and within 10 minutes,he said he feel a big difference, this is what he has needed his whole life. There are four settings, one is for the whole leg, another for just the calves, feet, and thigh; 4 intensities and optional heat with 2 levels on the knee part, I suggest using it in the lowest intensity firstly, then try the second, third and strongest, and choose the most comfortable level and setting you like! This great device is in velcro design, the size is adjustable, it is fit me as well. I also try it, it works tighten pretty tight and loose up to relax the two legs' muscles. Great for people who stand for a long time or any runner and athlete and it would be good for restless leg syndrome as well!

I bought this for my Mother for her legs that swell and cramp. It has been a Godsend for her pain relief. It is easy to setup and use - no hard to figure out or confusing icons. The added heater in the knees is nice, and I’m sure my Mother would like it warmer.So far, even my Father with limited use of his hands was able to put it on my Mother’s legs. The velcro is pretty strong, and we are hoping that it won’t wear out after some use.The remote control cable length is good, is backlit and as stated before very easy to use. I think this a a great product for the price, not like the one you will find at the hospital, but for home use it has been excellent for her pain relief. I only wish that I found this much sooner!
